The second experience was more complicated, and Jerry's service was also exceptional. I was selling my dad's 1970's house as his power of attorney and Jerry and team helped me navigate all the paperwork that situation entailed so I wasn't overwhelmed. Jerry also helped determine the most cost effective things to remodel and connected us with Elizabeth, a home stager, who helped figure out the best paint colors, carpeting, fixtures, et cetera so the house was fresh and appealing. Jerry's marketing was top-notch and the videos, pictures, and write up attracted a lot of attention. Jerry helped my wife and I buy our first home, and he was fantastic. He was always a text or phone call away and had answers to every question we had about being first time home buyers. We first talked to Jerry before Covid happened, and once that hit we had to put home buying off for over a year. Even throughout that time, Jerry was always willing to answer whatever questions we had. When it finally got time to booking showings, Jerry always made himself available. He would figure out a way to get us in a home as soon as we were able. When we were getting prepared to sell our house our investment advisor recommended Jerry Moscowitz to us as a realtor. We have never sold a house with a realtor and really didn't know what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. We contacted Jerry and he was immediately very helpful. He was willing to help us without even asking or pressuring us to sign him as our realtor. He helped us figure out a good price for our house and what things we needed to do in preparation. He provided us with a stager who did a terrific job in helping us do things to make the house more salable as well as letting us know what didn't need to be done. We had moved out before the house went on sale. Jerry looked after the house when we were gone. When a freak storm caused some damage right when the house went on sale, he even found a great contractor for us to do some needed repairs. The house sold the first week even though we ended up with a couple of poor-faith initial offers. He kept us calm during all of the turmoil as we dealt with these issues while living 1700 miles away.
