First impressions: Excellent Kombucha on tap. Great soup selection. Beer and Wine Happy hour 3-6. Friendly service. Maybe needs more seating for people who want to sit for awhile. Smaller number of items but healthy food choices on the menu.

Had the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Rachel there- both were awesome. Nice beer and booch selections too :)

I just got done eating my lunch from this place. I might start coming back every day. The vegan cauliflower and turmeric soup was incredible and verrrry filling. I got a large with the intention of saving some for later, but alas, it needed to be consumed in full - its taste was too good. They also have a vegan breakfast sandwich that was good, but was not as overwhelmingly awesome as their soup was. You can also sample the soups before you buy them. Finally, they had a bunch of vegan snacks that you could buy. They were giving out samples of cocoa Somersaults; after trying one, I just had to buy them.

This place is great. I never write Google reviews, but I enjoyed the place so much that I had to do one for them. Strongly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I love love this place (but not the price haha). It ends up being ~35 dollars for two people to have each a soup, splitting a sandwich, and two canned drinks. Otherwise, this place is so great and the food actually taste really great for being dairy-free, vegetarian, and/or whatever else their soups are for the day. Honestly, the price is a killer, but the food, drinks, and local beer are what makes me return, plus they are SO eco-friendly and U alums owned. Can't wait to stop in again!

This place has the MOST VEGAN OPTIONS ON CAMPUS!!! And on top of it, they truly are "absurdly delicious!" I love the atmosphere of this place. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. And this is one of the few businesses I know of that truly sticks with their mission. They are focused on local, sustainable, and organic products and carry a bunch of local craft beer, wine, and kombucha. They have killer happy hour deals and provide great meals and snacks in a sit-down or carry out setting.
Their soups are delicious, and they make great quality coffee here. Its the best coffee you can get in the area. It is FANTASTIC to finally have something like Simpls on campus for a change. It was MUCH needed.

Place is very open, clean and has a positive energy. Service was good, nice selection of food and beverage choices.
Dark roast coffee was excellent.
The only recommendation is to move the coffee station away from the front door. When it opens the power air unit mounted above the door goes on and blows the napkins, lids, etc off the table.
Would also be nice to have a waste can at the station instead of having to walk across the store to the food station to throw something out.
Will definatley be back.

UM, WHAT?! How are people not freaking out about how amazing this place is? My latte was amazing! The espresso was delicious and the hazelnut milk was literally steamed to perfection. I got a VEGAN BREAKFAST sandwich for LUNCH (if you’re looking for a vegan option you know how hard it is to find vegan breakfast when you want it). This sandwich was soft and delicious. It seems like they are pre-prepared, but that just means the service is faster! There’s also like a little shop as well with treats and kombucha. And to top it all off my service was SO GOOD. Thank you so much for being here. This place is perfect.

What a hidden gem on campus. Their coffee is delicious (supports local company Tiny Footprint Coffee that you should also look into if you haven't heard of them). They have a lot of preprepared and fresh food options as well as a steel cut oats bar for breakfast and soups for lunch. They also have grab and go snacks and drinks and local beer on tap if you are looking for happy hour. Did I mention that there is no upcharge for plant based milk and they support 1% for the planet? Highly recommended.

Simpls has a great on-campus location, and it’s less busy than neighboring coffee shops, has a nice ambiance, offers great coffee for prices comparable to big coffee chains. If you care for sustainable business practices, Simpls is a place to go. Have not tried their food yet but it looks good!

Great spot! Really nice ambiance, comfortable, lots of seating, food, drink choices. Love that almost everything is locally sourced. Reasonably priced and fast!! Right on the light rail makes it super convenient as well. We'll be back!

So excited to have more soups on campus. Love the grab and go options, and considerations for GF/veg/dairy free eating. Definitely stealing the co-op vibe, but I'm just grateful for the convenient quality.

Hot spot to top you off! As a meat eater I still love the vegan options (buffalo cauliflower with vegan ranch?? !!) delicious organic food with good prices to match the volume you're getting 👍👍👍

They baited me with hot soup samples on a rainy day and I came inside to have a huge delicious bowl of yummy soup! Lots of vegab/vegetarian options and food tastes great!

Helpful staff, good selection of menu items. I like taking soup to go between classes. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend trying it out.

Love this place, great selection of local goods. The Bootlegger Kombucha is my favorite.
