Hilton Minneapolis

Everything about our stay was exceptional!! From the managers Helene and Kevin checking in about our stay and responding to any questions or inquiries with quick and very friendly responses. The room was clean and comfortable. The valets were very helpful upon arrival and bell hops were very quick and extremely friendly with their luggage service. The housekeepers as well were all very friendly and left our room neat and clean with special attention to details. We also very much enjoyed the very convenient location of how the hotel connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center via the Skyway. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Exceptional hospitality goes a long way in today’s world.

I could not have been more pleased with my stay here. The hotel was beautiful and my room was fantastic. My room was immaculate and the bed and pillow was very comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly everywhere. I am also extremely grateful for an early check in that literally saved my entire trip and allowed me to get sleep and be a functioning human being! The bar was very lively and fun the Saturday night I went. Food was excellent too. 5 stars. I'd absolutely stay here again.

5 ☆ Customer Service! The front desk was so accommodating. The manager and desk attendant went above and beyond to switch rooms for my kids and I. The bellman was extremely helpful (and exhibited extreme patience with my children). The staff provided terrific restaurant recommendations, provided insider, Minneapolis resident information regarding parking and transportation. Overall, the staff made our stay a terrific experience!

We came down for a weekend of March Madness and to watch The Warriors Timberwolves on a sunday! Bad weather ended up forcing us to stay an extra two days! Both times they were super accommodating, we didn't have to switch rooms they just extended our stay! Big shout out to Anna who was super helpful Monday morning! There was a volleyball tournament or something going on so the first few days there was a massive amount of teenagers and parents flooding the bar area and elevators but that's a good thing to have if you're a hotel! You want bodies! It wasn't annoying or anything just a wasnt expecting so many kids. The other two nights there was plenty of space at the bar top or if you want to sit at a table to get food in the restaurant. No hot tub in this hotel which was a little bit of a bummer! But the location is awesome. The Skyway is connected and we spent one afternoon just walking throughout the area. There are a ton of restaurants from all different price levels and all different styles in the area. That was something I really really liked. Easy access to anything! Targets a couple blocks away, Hell's Kitchen is around the corner.. walking distance to Target Center. Would recommend this place absolutely!

Stayed here for an Expo at the convention center. Getting from parking ramp to hotel desk was CONFUSING; getting to Convention Center from lobby is even worse! Skyway isn't really user-friendly & is a bit of a maze. After that said, the hotel itself is really nice & upscale. Called and asked if an early check-in was available & they accommodated.
Downtown Mpls has tons of restaurants and bars to choose from if you decide not to use the ones in the hotel.
It's time to put my feet up and enjoy the stay.

My friends and I stayed here for the Anime Detour convention that happened 3/29-3/31!
Because the convention was so big, Hyatt Regency didn’t have enough rooms to fit even half of the congoers!
My group and I were extremely grateful that we were able to book here, and had an excellent stay along with many other congoers who also missed out on a room at the Hyatt!
The beds are super comfy, other guests were all quiet and respectful, and the staff were wonderful as well! My group and I are considering booking here for every convention from now on, even if Hyatt does have the room.

I had a great first experience staying at the Hilton Minneapolis.

The newly remodeled lobby is expansive and gorgeous. Plenty of seating for eating, working, or connecting with friends. It is definitely a busy place for those attending conferences and business meetings due to its central location, but it still shines as a classy hotel.

The rooms are nice but nothing too fancy. I found the bed a bit worn but it got the job done. The rooms are clean and come with all the amenities you could need. Enjoy a dip at the pool, a workout in the gym, or sweat in the sauna.

Parking is a large underground parking ramp attached to the hotel. It's very safe and clean. I paid about $30 for a 2-day parking pass with in and out privileges-- ask at the front desk upon arrival for this option!

I did contact less check-in through the app which worked quiet well 90% of the time as a virtual room key.

I had exceptional service from maintenance at 11:45 pm -- when I returned to my room after a wedding I tried to turn on the bathroom sink and water started spraying from under the sink! I hadn't had issues prior and called the hotel main line. Within 5 minutes someone was there to repair the issue and was done within 10 minutes! Exceptional!!!

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, neither can I remember the place where I went. However me and my wife were just driving home from the hospital after the birth of our son. I was driving when all of a sudden I felt a deep rumble in my stomach, It felt as if the Balrog from lord of the rings was born in my stomach. (I will be writing a negative review for sugar free gummy bears after this) I pulled into the parking lot as fast as I could and ran inside. I’m not a religious man, but thank god the nice desk worker understood my situation and pointed me to the nearest restroom. After an hour long battle that would rival the beaches of Normandy, I came out to a text from my wife that the baby had thrown up. I went over to the nice desk worker once again and explained my situation She gave me two and I cleaned up the mess and returned the towels. Wonderful service and understanding staff.

everything was great for my visit during pride weekend June 22-25. i paid for a suite upgrade for my friends and i. everything was perfect except there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom for when you shower to collect the steam. staff was friendly and efficient! emmenities were 10/10! thanks for the great stay and i hope to stay with your hotel someday again in the near future!

Stayed for 3 nights for business conference and really liked the place. The hotel is situated in downtown and connected to convention Center via skywalk. Also you can take light rail from the airport as it is well connected.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Beds are comfortable and clean. Room service is available on demand.

Washroom are nice and clean. Toiletries are of good quality. There is Starbucks and bar area in the lobby.

Parking was easy on the weekend. The hotel rooms are incredibly clean and no signs of anything gross when you lift the mattress or look under the bed. I was super impressed with the cleanliness even in the corners of the bathroom under the cabinets. The staff were very helpful and checking in/out was easy. I'd stay here again in downtown Minneapolis in a heartbeat.

It's a great location. So many cool things to see close by. My only recommendation would be that the hotel validate your parking garage ticket. Otherwise, the hotel is amazing. The pool and sauna were wonderful. And the rooms were comfortable

The room was beautiful and my view was excellent from the 23rd floor. I was immediately greeted upon check in and they also provided turn down service with chocolate. I had a great stay here!

Great place to stay. The restaurant serves good food. Great service too. Rooms are maintained really well.
