They are awesome. Really got their systems and processes in check - was nice to fill out forms online and even schedule appoints. That’s the type of efficiency we need in 2024! No one got time to a stack of papers, clip boards and old pens.

Everyone was great. Place was sparkling clean. No complaints here. Bed side manner was immaculate. Dentists and hygienists crack me up tho. These people will have all 10 fingers. An elbow. A mirror. And a probe in your mouth and they still be asking you philosophical life questions like describe to me your experience of your first born and contrast that with your journey to my dental office 😂… and do it in Shakespearean prose.

Lucky me! I am new to town and on Christmas Day I broke a crown eating popcorn at the movies. I did not know where to turn. I had no dentist in Minneapolis. I read reviews and website profiles. I developed a list of about a half dozen possibilities and started calling. Only one office answered their phone, probably because of the holiday period. Cat at West Lake Dental not only answered my call at 7:50 am but welcomed it, and had me in a chair at 9:10am. But, wait for it...by the time I got to the office she had my files from my previous dentist in Chicago. Dr. Smars treated me with great care, compassion and professionalism. Mary, her assistant in the procedure, made me comfortable and communicated every step along the way. Their office is bright and clean and modern. Their information systems and are efficient and user friendly. The people are super friendly and kind. Yay!, I found my new dentist in Uptown! Save yourself the time and angst. Trust me, these are the folks we are all looking for.

The best! They treat you with great care and attention. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but they make it a breeze and, dare I say, even enjoyable 😊

I have gone to West Lake Dental for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Super friendly, always on time and excellent dental care. Dr. Kale Langley is so kind and does an excellent job maintaining my teeth and the office provides a safe and healthy atmosphere, highest standards of infection control. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommended!

Excellent! My wife and I were new to Minneapolis and looking for a good dentist, we were happy to find West Lake Dental Center. The dentists provided exceptional care, giving detailed and helpful descriptions while not pushing unnecessary work. The dental hygienists were friendly, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly and professional. I have been going to West Lake Dental my whole life, and so has my daughter. The hygienists are first rate and both Dr Erickson and Dr Langley listen, take great care to let you know all your options and the costs, and don't push you into unnecessary procedures. I don't have a fear of dentits (full disclosure, my Grandfather, Dr.Theige, was a founding partner) like some do, but every experience I've had has been pain free and comfortable. I can't recommend them enough. They are like family.

The West Lake Dental team are excellent at what they do, and very personable. I enjoy my visits every time I go in. They care about the health of your teeth/gums and truly understand what needs to be done to make sure you're comfortable during and after your visit.

Six Stars, Not five! Dr. Langley and his staff have been very friendly and helpful! They were very patient and understanding of my budget while I attended college and have been very accommodating to my schedule as well. Most importantly they provide top quality products and service. Coming from someone who has always had fillings chip or fall out at least once a year in the past, I don't recall a single filling fall out while under the care of Dr. Langley and West Lake Dental! One time I had a surgical removal of a broken tooth, Dr. Langley called me on a Saturday when his office is closed to see how I was feeling. I will never forget that. Once you come to West Lake Dental you will never want another provider. Thank you for everything you've done for me, West Lake Dental!

I work in the building that West Lake Dental is in. I chipped my tooth and they got me in the same morning with Dr. Erickson. In 30 minutes my tooth was as good as new. After that appointment I was experiencing tooth pain again. This time it was a different tooth and again I was seen right away. I saw Dr. Langley for this appointment. He had to refer me to to an oral surgeon to have my tooth pulled. I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr.Langley assured me that I would be in good hands and he even called over to explain to them my situation. Stacey, the dental hygienist sent me a note after my procedure wishing me well. Everyone that I have come in contact with is outstanding and really cares for their patients. I highly recommend West Lake Dental Center!!!

Visited West Lake Dental Center for my first cleaning, post pandemic. Dr. Erickson and his staff did a great job of making me feel safe. From check in procedures, protective equipment and HEPA air filters in each room, they are going the extra mile for safety. I have been a patient for many years, and I am so thankful to have always received great care and even more so now. Thank you!!

I've been coming to West Lake Dental for Sixteen years and I have had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff and Doctor's are very professional, friendly, and actually make my appointments enjoyable! They don't "sell" dentistry in a pushy way like many other offices do, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them even to my very best friends!!

My priorities are that my patients are getting fair and quality care and that's what you'll get here! Dentistry should be easy, you should be able to trust and feel well cared for! I have worked for West Lake Dental Center for more years than I care to count. I have been a patient here for longer than that. I have seen many changes happen over the last years, but the care of patients, the quality of dentistry and the staff has remained the same. I trust Dr. Erickson and Dr. Langley with all my dental needs and the number of family and friends that I have referred and that continue to go to West Lake Dental reflects that fact.

I had a filling come out and needed to get in on a specific day as early as possible; the clinic was able to accommodate me. As always, Dr. Langley was pleasant and proficient. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I've been a patient with the clinic since the early eighties. I have moved out of the area, but I continue to drive two hours to come to West Lake Dental Clinic. I have referred people to the clinic in the past and will continue to do so.

I have been going to West Lake Dental for about three years. I have visited three different times now and each on an emergency basis ( I know not good). They have been so good to me at every visit. I would highly recommend them. They make each visit as comfortable as possible for me. Thanks again for your all your efforts to make my visit the best it can be.

I saw my dentist, Dr. Erickson, today for an emergency meeting about a painful tooth. He has been my dentist for many years. He is very professional, has a sense of humor, and generous with his precious time. I personally care about all the employees there, as over the years they are still with Dr. Erickson's practice and I've come to know a little bit. (I think it says a lot that the employees are long timers.) They take care of me, and I appreciate that so much.

I have been working at West Lake Dental for almost six months and I can honestly say West Lake Dental is absolutely amazing. I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Erickson and Dr. Langley are both very friendly and knowledgeable dentists.

After going here for 3 years, I've been really happy with this dentist. The dentist and the hygienist I see are both great - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have been great with my toddler son, too, helping to get him comfortable at the dentist.

West Lake Dental is amazing, I have been a patient since 1982 and became a part of the staff 15 years ago. Dr. Erickson and Dr. Langley are both amazing Dentists that treat every patient with kindness and respect.
