Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was big and clean and one thing that I liked the most was that there are motion activated lights on the bottom of the bed for when you get up ij the middle of the night and see where you are walking. The service was fast and amazing, we ordered a margarita pizza and it was delicious. The valet workers were so nice and they made sure to take good care of the cars. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and I will definitely come back for another night.

Had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Staff was delightful, location was perfect (was in town for a Vikings game), rooms were great. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. They truly went above and beyond.

Everything was great. Stayed on New Years Eve. Clean, comfortable, not too far of a walk from USBank Stadium (about 5 blocks but connected by the skyway system if you prefer to be out of the elements) after the Vikings game and enjoyed a cocktail watching the ball drop in the hotel bar. It was nice to be able to sit down, meet some new friends without a cover charge or standing all night AND be able to run up to our room if needed, grab a drink from the bar, grab a piece of pizza from your new friends or play some Jenga by the fireplace! They had a breakfast buffet on New Years Day, $17 with salmon eggs benedict and many other things. My fiance enjoyed that very much however I went with the classic breakfast off the menu for $10 which is eggs, hashbrowns and your choice of meat. Very good experience.

The staff are the highlight. They're incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant serves great food, and they're only a few blocks from multiple lightrail stations. The low price is deceiving because it truly is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. And their partnership with Amex made booking simple. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in town.

Enjoyed my stay here. Large room. Good service and glad they had tasty instant ramen in the store. Also nice they have some free fresh fruit and coffee and tea in the lobby. Only issue I had was getting woken up in the middle of the night each night by bikers roaring down the street, but not the hotel's fault. Perhaps they should install more sound proof windows. I was pretty high up as well.

This Hyatt Centric is located is a historical building, the Minneapolis Athletic Club. Yes there is a 6000 SF gym here. The gym is open 24 hours a day.
Our stay was lovely from our arrival at check in, until our check out. The front desk staff was accommodating and welcoming at all hours throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the menu was versatile.

Hyatt is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the breakfast was top notch, and to top it all off it is in an amazing location! My fiancé and I prefer Hyatt everytime we stay in Minneapolis and pretty much refuse to go anywhere else!!!

Southerner Post: whatever the news portrays down South, this hotels area is not there. Our check in was at 3pm, but we arrived at 10am assuming we’d leave our bags behind the check-in counter. To our relief we were told “your room is available now!”

It was clean; spotless, actually. No dust, so the room was definitely previously occupied. Both the women at the front desk welcomed us with smiles! Not something I wasn’t expecting until I ventured into the city. Oddly enough, Minnesota will soon join the SEC because they are just as hospitable as we are in the South. It even made me smile when I hear “you betcha!”

Upon arriving back to the hotel seeing the Mall, who I assuming were the hotel managers greeted us with open arms as if we’d just come back home. (The IPA’s at 230pm if you’re reading this) I’ve just recently went from a yearly Diamond membership with Hilton to a First Time Hyatt stay because Hyatt and Chase’s partnership, and I can honestly say that I’m glad I switched hotels because for the first Hyatt business trip stay in my life, I was given an 11 out of 10 service.

Great hotel for business travel. The gym is amazing. So amazing in fact, this will be the only place I stay when I'm in town for work.

Simply put, I could not have been happier with my stay. I seldom write complimentary reviews about hotels, but this is an exception. I was in town for the art festival. This hotel was convenient, I walked to Stone Bridge. Of all the hotels I looked at, this one had the best price for a quality hotel. The room I was assigned was nicer than I anticipated. Good size and comfortable. Only negative was some street noise. Housekeeping came daily (on time) when requested. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One even remembered my name and greeted me when I returned from the show. They even accommodated my late checkout request. Although I didn't use the hotel gym, it looked better equipped than what I've used at most hotels.

Staff was amazing. Great breakfast. Good dinner. Parking garage is very modern and safe. Hotel is close to shopping center. Overall great experience.

I would stay here again. The room is HUGE!! I loved the location, just a couple things - they don’t serve lunch and there’s barely any trash cans in the room. They give plenty of towels. I actually really liked my stay.

Top notch hotel in Minneapolis. The service is personal, friendly and welcoming. Had the chance to meet the GM Bill and the Director of Sales Troy in the lobby one morning. Both of them made sure my stay exceeded my expectations. Clean and spacious rooms. Fantastic location and wonderful bar.

My stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. The front desk clerks Julie and Natalie were a great help throughout my stay. I arrived earlier than expected and was allowed early check-in. The hotel was nice and quiet. I rarely saw anyone and was beginning to think I was alone on my floor. It didn’t bother me because I was able to catch up on much needed rest. The rooms were nice and clean. You have to ask for housekeeping if you would like your room cleaned everyday. The walk to the Convention Center is about 5-7 minutes. I would definitely stay again.

Love this hotel! Every member of the staff was incredible. Front desk staff, bartenders, even the guy who was touching up paint in the hallways was friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food and drinks at the bar were great! One of the only places open late in the downtown area. Parking can be a bit confusing right now with the construction but they have a handy printout they give you at check in that tells you exactly where to go.

THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL GYM EVER! If you are into any type of functional fitness or CrossFit, this is your place. They have just about everything including mats and bands and provide water, bathrooms, towels and disinfectant. As for the hotel itself, it had lovely staff, spacious rooms that were neat and clean. Deep soaking tubs and plenty of storage for belongings, clothes, toiletries and the mini fridge was nice and cold.

We atayed at the Hyatt when we went to the Vikings game in August. We had a good time! The staff was friendly and answered all out questions.

This is the first hotel I've been to in a while that had friendly staff! Everyone was so helpful and polite!! That in itself is enough for me. But it doesn't stop there, this hotel is beautiful!! The rooms are perfect. Huge mirrors, good lighting, very spacious and the shower and bath tub are huge!! I took like 5 baths in 2 days! 😅 also target/Nicollet mall is a 7 minute walk and there is tons of coffee shops and reseraunts within walking distance. I didn't want to leave but my bank account said otherwise. Thank you for Hyatt Centric for making it worth every penny.

Great location, spacious rooms with decent views of downtown from higher floors. The best part of my stay however was the excellent customer service I received from Corey Bradley at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed every part of my stay. Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

I stayed here for a work event and it was great. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor, and it was centrally located to a lot of different restaurants and night-life.
