Nearly three years ago, I worked with Joe Rosensteel to insure our newly purchased home in Chanhassen. He contacted me last spring before the policy renewed about a significant increase in the premium. He suspected the new policy showed incorrect information about the age of our roof which likely resulted in the increase.
