Mr Long is the best! After experiencing mechanical issues, I had my car towed to Trust Transmission & Auto Repair. After diagnostics, Mr Long advised that I needed a new engine. However, he recommended that I contact the dealership where I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Tucson from to see if they could offer any assistance. To my surprise, there was an extended-warranty on the engine as a result of a lawsuit. Hyundai found that my car qualified under the parameters and put in a new engine. Very happy customer and can't thank Mr Long enough for his assistance and honesty. A man of integrity!

Just got a brake system repair done here. Damage was pretty severe due to worn pads and a leaky brake line. Long did an amazing job on the brakes, and was incredibly helpful with walking me through the damage done as well as the repairs done. Pricing for the work was incredibly reasonable for the amount of damage on my vehicle, and the repairs were above and beyond what I expected.

I know the owner very well. He is a trustworthy and hard-working guy. If you ever have car trouble. Go here, and you will not be let down.

The owner of the shop worked on my car transmission (Subaru Impreza) for decent price. He also had extended warranty on the part which I like most. Also he worked on my family and friends vehicles. Therefore Mr Long is the perfect guy I will recommend you for your car repair (Import and Domestic).

This is by far the best shop I have taken my car to in the 4 years I have been in the twins cities. They did fantastic work my axles and transition at a great price, plus replaced both front bearing/hub assembly without charging me for labor :). Let me not forget to mention that Long went above and beyond to find parts and kept his shop open till 8pm to work on my car so I could make it to work this morning. I am sooo grateful I found Trust Transmission and Auto. Long is the man!!!!

This is the best auto repair shop around, they are fair with pricing and do great work. Long is a great person he won't mislead you like some of the other shops near by. As long as I'm in Minnesota I'll be bringing my vehicle here, and telling anyone who will listen that Trust Transmission & Auto Repair is the best in business.

Trust transmission & auto has been taken care of my vehicle since 2014. From oil changes to replacing my alternator Long and Alex are the best in the business when it comes to diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The prices are fair and you can really TRUST them to take care of your car. I would definitely recommend this shop because of their many years of experience and their great customer service! Overall this shop has changed the way I view the auto repair business. You can't go wrong with Trust transmission & auto!

One day my engine light came on and I randomly pulled into Trust Transmission & Auto Repair. From the moment I stepped in to ask for help I felt genuinely cared for. I had stopped at another auto repair shop in Maple Grove earlier that week due to the same problem. They charged me to examine my car, but didn’t clearly explain the problem, nor did they fix it and sent me on my way.

The gentleman who helped me at Trust Transmission & Auto Repair, not only diagnosed the problem for free while I was present, but also explained to me the severity of the problem & why it needed fixing. (My car had literally been shaking.) I had such a positive experience that now I’m back to get my breaks done...and I actually feel good about it! 😅

I just got to say mechanics at Trust did amazing work. Had my car break down had it towed to somewhere else they couldn't find anything wrong. Brought into the dealership. They did not properly diagnose the issue. After multiple parts replaced had not corrected the issue. I went on Google to find a trusted mechanic. I came across Trust Transmission and Auto. They were able to diagnose the mechanical issue and repaired my car after the dealership and another transmission guy missed the failure of the suspension. Trust was able to get me back on the road in no time. Thanks again Trust.

I would HIGHLY recommend Trust Transmission & Auto Repair compared to all other auto repair shops in the area. I usually have Long do the routine oil change, transmission fluid, electrical, and overall maintenance for my car and he always does a phenomenal job, yet still giving me a very reasonable price I can afford. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Thank you TRUST for another seamless experience! A year ago I stumbled across you guys by accident. Today I was back for an alignment, spark plugs and ball joint replacement. Originally, I had been scheduled to get the same work done in Elk River (by a trusted referral) over the course of two days. I live in Brooklyn Park and couldn't swing the time and distance, so I called TRUST & they got me in and out on the same day.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Service here is top notch, and the work was very fairly priced. Straight-forward and honest. This will be my first call whenever needing any auto repair or service in the future, as it should be yours.

I recently had my car at midas auto across the street from Trust Transmission and auto. They told me it would be thousands to fix. I decided to limp my car over to Longs shop and he diagnosed and repaired it within a couple days. He was awesome, honost and my car drives better now than ever before. The cost was alot less than I imagined. He replaced my transmission for under 1000 bucks. Thank you so much Long and we will refer everyone to your shop.

It's a scary thing when your primary source of transportation goes down. We have all had that experience where the repair is quoted at thousands of dollars that we do not have. These guys will explain to you what the problem is, how they are going to fix it, and give you the cost up front. The owner even took me in the shop to show me how he was going to fix the problem with confidence. I have no problem referring anyone to this shop as I am confident that your experience will be similar to mine.

These guys are trustworthy and very skilled. They are well-equipped mechanically. They always have warranties for the parts they install. Their prices are really low compared to other repair shops. I was here last friday.

If I could, I would give Long Vo 6 stars and amazing praise!! He has helped me and a handful of my friends out many times!! They are one of the few mechanics that are honest and integris.
I have send about a half dozen people to Long and all are extremely happy!!
