Residence Inn by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown/City Center

Kendra and Nate were delightful and very helpful/friendly. Definitely made the stay above and beyond what I typically experience a Marriott property.

For being the cheapest room in the Metro area this place is amazing! Beautiful full amenities, great staff, good price

Loved our stay! We were only here overnight but it was a great experience. We were on the 12th floor with a nice view.
Super clean, great decor, super comfy beds, nice big room with a kitchen.
Being downtown, it had good security. Great location. The staff was friendly.

The room was super spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for people to sleep and great counter space. It was like a really nice studio & perfect for a group of girls to get ready for a concert. Parking was only $6!!

The room was clean and nice for the price. The workers are honestly and very kind. The lady at the desk noticed I was having a really bad panic attack and let me hang around and talk to her. This isn't the best area but this building is locked down on security. Can't use the elevator or the main entrance without an active keycard. Highly recommen

Nice hotel with full kitchen in Downtown Minneapolis. I checked-in late at night, but room was ready, and I could crash on bed within 2 minutes of arrival.

Rooms are big and specious, with full kitchen, that is quite useful. TV has Netflix and YouTube, which is also helpful. Hotel directly connects to Skywalk, so no need to go out in winters.

Continental breakfast is provided.

Super helpful and personable staff! Weekly cleaning service was above and beyond. Well appointed kitchenettes have everything except an oven. Hot breakfast is very limited: call ahead for menu examples so that you aren't disappointed. Secure entry with 24hr front desk staff, plus attentive security guards. Attached to indoor parking and the skyway in the heart of downtown. Coin-op laundry, post office adjacent, and Target and Walgreens are each a block away. Delivery and shopping services available locally or through the front desk. Blocks away from light rail and most bus routes.

Spacious and clean room. King bed was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (laying perpendicular); didn't even use the sofa bed. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cutlery and appliances. Thermostat was stuck on 67f, so it got a bit chilly at night.

Good location downtown. Could walk to most places we were there for.

The parking lot to use is the La Salle lot, not Bancorp.

Great location to spend the night after a late show if you don't feel like driving home. Room was a spacious suite and the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay! Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, and it had a feature that most hotels don't have for some reason...a FAN in the bathroom. I don't understand why all places don't have this. The place was clean, the continental breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Really great location. You can get to so much just by walking! Love going to the river, saw the Mary Tyler Moore statue along the way. There was even a Farmer's Market just a block away. The breakfast was filling and yummy. It even included Belgian waffles and brie cheese along with what you might expect with a full hot breakfast. The rooms were great, too. Having a full kitchen is so handy. I would definitely come back to stay again!

We have stayed here two years in a row when going to the X-Games. Both times, I have been impressed by the size of the rooms, and the excellent amenities. I love that the TVs let you use Netflix, Hulu, and other services with your own accounts. It is something that all hotels should offer. They also have large fridges, the ability to cook, dry cleaning service, grocery service, and many other offerings. The beds are very comfortable. The showers have excellent water pressure. The rooms are clean. It has been an all around great experience.

Clean, comfortable, upgraded room with separate sleeping area and full kitchen. Breakfast is pretty good - scrambled and hard boiled eggs (scrambled are really good considering they're probably a mix), good selection of grains and juices, a couple of fruit and yogurt choices, waffle maker and 2 meats [today was sausage patties and links (links may have been turkey- not sure)]. Convenient access to skyway.

I wanted to share a wonderful experience with may stay down town. I just finished a project at the IDS building which I spent a few months in town from out of state. I found the entire staff to be very polite with having a great focus to making myself and others as comfortable as possible while staying at the Residence Inn. The housekeeping was top notch, the staff that covered the hospitality food and bar service truly set the stage to make the dining and social time one that the management should be very proud of. The staff at the service counter always made time to smile and always had a keen eye for safety and security that was very much appreciated by myself and others.

This place is a gem hiding in plain sight. I was blocks from my office downtown, adjacent to the Skyway, and felt safe and secure. The room was clean, large, very well-designed, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, especially when I had a panic attack over a lost item, which turned out to be NOT lost. Krista and Christabel at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, and Manager Mike Fox delivered a 5-star customer service experience when he stepped in to help find the item I thought I lost. I hope to stay here again.

Stayed for only one night so couldn't attest to the long term viability of this hotel. Stays at Residence Inns accrue less Marriott points than at most other Marriott brands so that may be a reason not to stay. Breakfast is decent and welcomed, but nothing to write home about. Rooms are very clean.

We were going to a twins game and were happy with it's location and distance to the stadium. We were also pleased with how modern and clean the hotel and our room were. We well stay there again when we go to a game

Had to stay here for a night and was very nice place to stay. Everything was clean like you'd expect, but the experience just got better with the people that work there. They were incredible and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable.

Awsome hotel! The suites are wonderful for long residences, fully equipped (with kitchen!) and beautiful! And the staff is amazing, they really take care of you, super helpful and always smiling. Thank you!
