First time coming here and I loved it! Basic flavors for coffee but they have shakes, teas, juices and some sweets. They have a little something for everyone.

The employees answered some questions we had and also gave us some recommendations. We came on a Wednesday afternoon and it was quite busy.

I’ve been to their other locations but they are drive thru. You can walk inside & order or go thru the drive thru.

It’s located inside a building with other businesses as well.

I’ve got to say out of all the places I have gone for coffee, moka has to be the best. I come here about one a week usually after a therapy session. The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I typically am a quiet person especially when it comes to public settings. And even though it is in a multi-business building that sometimes overwhelms me, All of the staff have held a conversation with me that I felt more then comfortable engaging in. they all have given me friendly smiles, I’ve been complimented almost every time I’ve gone and I always leave satisfied with whatever I try. moka might not be as well known as some other coffee shops but if you want a place you feel comfortable and satisfied in then I will strongly suggest trying them out.

They are always very friendly and make suggestions when needed.
I love their jamacian coffee little cream, little sugar when cold outside. Today I got an iced peach earl grey tea. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I love the drinks here, they are just my thing when I'm craving a delicious rich coffee beverage or a pick me up for a stressful day!

The people who work here are also super awesome. Its probably the best wholesome interaction I have at any coffee shop - they always put a smile on my face with their friendliness!

Every time I come here, the employees are SO sweet and kind. I usually go around 6:30am and they always have smiles on their faces which makes me want to keep coming back. Their iced brown sugar cinnamon latte is very good, and their prices are cheaper than Starbucks which is another reason why I keep coming back!

Just the nicest people in the world. They just so happen to serve coffee a delicious sport teas. They have amazing breakfast sandwiches and Moka bites. You gotta try the moka bites. The coffee is always good you can mix and match with different things the customer service is always on par.

This is the best coffee shop in Rochester! The staff are friendly and great at their jobs. They know us by name and we have never had bad service here in the years we have been customers.

Enjoy their house blend coffee. Crafted drinks are a bit on the sweet side, have to ask for half the syrup. They have a couple of unique flavors like smoked cherry.

I absolutely love this place! The people are amazing! I love pumpkin and even though they had it mainly as coffee, I was able to get a hot cocoa. If you ever get the chance to go, please do! These guys are awesome

Moka is fast and efficient but friendly and personable. I never feel like I'm being rushed through like most places in town.

Staff are great and the coffee is the best I have ever had. It’s like heaven in your mouth with every sip! Hot or cold the Jamaican blend is delicious!

I love Moka. #addicted This location is a welcome addition to town -- it's just too bad the pandemic hit as it was opening up since it has indoor seating. The drive-through was a welcome stop, though, for an iced coffee on a hot day. The staff are great!

I am not a coffee drinker and I love their non coffee drink selection. My wife loves the Jamaican cold brew.

Only thing that would make Moka better... they need a drive through speaker for ordering instead of only at the drive up window. Or maybe an app!

One of the best locations for Moka in Rochester! The line moves super quickly and since they have a larger space to utilize the cold brew is a tad higher quality than the locations that are strictly drive through. They run drive (get your order while waiting in line) so everything is ready to go by the time you get to the window!

Best coffee in town hands down and amazing employees that will do the extra mile for you. The best part is you can always get beans for your house then you can always have amazing coffee close by!

Cute espresso shop inside a bank, but open on weekends too. They made a cortado as asked and was pleasantly surprised they nailed it. The espresso isn't sour at all either.

It looked like at first they made it incorrectly, and then redid it before giving it to me. Major props for that!
