Hill's Restaurant & Lounge

This place is great if you want hearty comfort food. The service was incredible, and the food was above average. I had the patty melt, my partner had the club sandwich, and we split a peach cobbler a la mode for dessert. We did not have high expectations based on the other customers (read: old fogies), but were pleasantly surprised! They also have a full bar and pull tabs if you're into that kind of thing.

Wonderful service, more than reasonable prices, and the staff was awesome. They were laughing and joking around with not only customers but themselves. It was the perfect breakfast date spot for my husband & I. They have that hole in the wall feel. When we left at 8 AM, it started getting busy. Good for them, it is such a cute spot. Also clean bathrooms which I appreciate. We moved to the area recently & hope to stop by for many years to come.

The staff is always friendly, food typically served with not long of a wait, and the atmosphere is definitely "traditional Americana diner". This is one of a handful of Tri-Cities iconic gems.
And when it comes to the Pulled Pork Benedict . . . if you know, then you know. 😉

WOW! What a gem we have here in the TC! Staff was absolutely amazing, and the food was phenomenal! I cannot believe I have not been here before! One of my new favorite places to go for sure! Food was so so delicious, and the price was very good, considering the price of things these days! Thank you for a wonderful lunch! I WILL be back!

Since there are few places open at 6 a.m., this has become my new favorite breakfast spot. My favorite breakfast is biscuits and gravy, and I am a simple person. There gravy is exactly how I like it, and the entire staff is fantastic. :) I intend to make Hills a regular stop for me.

Great breakfast joint! Waitress was friendly and quick. I think i had my coffee refilled and my food on the table 15 minutes after i sat down. I had the country fried steak and eggs/w bacon.

Wow, what an improvement from when they reopened a few years ago after that horrible fire. The food is great, the atmosphere is excellent, and the service from their staff is top-notch. The menu is simple and great. My wife and I were very impressed that we came in the next morning and again great food, great atmosphere, and great service. And the coffee is very good too and always refilled on time. You guys may need to open another location if you keep this up.

My family has been a patron of Hills for many years, and it has never lost its family-friendly atmosphere or its place as one of my favorite brunch spots. My favorite thing to order is a blueberry pancake, but all the other options are so delicious! There are weekly and daily specials, and house-made pastries, pies, and treats as well! The service is always great and they will make sure you never run out of coffee.

Okay, I have absolutely no idea HOW I haven't dropped a review and I'm so mad at myself! I've been here 3 times and it has always been very, very good! I swear, the waitress or the owner should slap me right now and I'd be totally fine with it. I should've dropped a review a loooong time ago!

First thing is first, the atmosphere. My parents love it here. This is a restaurant where the majority of clients are elderly and I absolutely adore that. I love the elderly. I could hug them all. I love smiling at them and saying hi. Seeing them smile makes me so happy.

Second, the service is wonderful. The waitresses are so attentive even when busy. They've never messed any of our orders up and always bring whatever we request. We specifically asked for extra creamer and they brought us A LOT more! I was in awe for the spoil. Big tipping.

Third, the food. I love it all. The chicken fried steak, the fluffy eggs, the enourmous pancakes, the crispy hash browns, the amazing bacon! So crispy, so well cooked and specifically how I like my bacon. The coffee is incredible. It has a very good amount of strength and unique flavor profile. No idea what the coffee brand could be but it is a very excellent choice!

I have been here 3 times and I can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much Hill's for the awesome breakfasts!

This is a great little spot in Kennewick for breakfast food. Best eggs Benedict I've had in the city. The staff was really attentive and genuine. There is a small lounge in the back as well, had a good selection available. I'm definitely going back to try more of their food; including the fresh baked pies.

This place is awesome. The people the food, the atmosphere are all fantastic. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns and boy was it yummy! The iced tea is super good and refreshing. The new building is nice and the decor is lovely and positive. Our waitress was on top of her game and very friendly.

I always come here with my mom for breakfast/brunch dates. The food is always yummy. I usually get the eggs Benedict and a blueberry pancake. The pancakes are so big and very good.

First time being there. Everything was fantastic I really appreciate the staff there. They're all friendly and eager to help. I'm really excited to eat there again, or just being in the atmosphere. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

First time there, and food was awesome for breakfast. Very clean and better than most local diners. Everything looks new and up to date, but without the hometown feeling. Price was reasonable too

I have eaten there 10 times in the last 2 months and the staff is always friendly and the food is great. I would recommend for real.

Really gives you that Hometown feel of Amazing food. The environment is extremely friendly and hard-working. This restaurant definitely stands out amongst many in the Tri cities. Worth The Visit every time.

Potato scramble! "It don't go down easy if it isn't cheesy!!". 3/4/2022! Well done!! And fast!
(I did substitute country gravy for hollandaise sauce.)

Passing thru on a road trip and just happened on this place. We both got burgers and they were awesome. I think the patties were hand formed and thick.

Service was a little slow as the girls were more interested in talking about current events.

Great food, home style soup and salads very tasty. Nice servers and quick service too.

Before they burned down and rebuilt, it was one of my favorite places…. But now it’s even better!
