They took great care of my car and me for that matter. From getting tow service set up quickly, a loaner, super fast repair. Service and Value can’t be beat by anyone else. It was my first time at Victory Auto and they did not disappoint. From the receptionist to the mechanics, the customer service was great. Nate worked on my car and he was the best.
He figured out exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything to me before getting the work done.
Because of Nate's professionalism I did not have to worry about anything.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Victory many times. My low tire pressure light just came on and Matthew fit me in. They found a nail in my tire. Fixed it super fast. I also scheduled my windshield replacement and said I’d come in. Matthew suggested they come to my house so I wouldn’t have to wait around. I’m so glad they did! It takes a while and I was able to do other things. I definitely recommend Victory.

I had an incredible experience with Nathaniel Quaye who assisted me throughout my oil change process. Nathaniel went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my oil changed but a proper diagnosis was made and in the process of that, he figured that something else was wrong and needed immediate attention which he assisted. I would highly recommend this shop, they are professional, and well organized with their clients, let me also add friendly, my waiting time was more of my resting and laughing time. Thank you for such an incredible service!

Customer service was good. Nate helped me get my car in and out in a timely manner. It was really fast. I went there to get an oil change and a car service. He also told me what I needed in the months to come to get my car ready and fixed up. Thank you Nate.

It’s been about a year now since I interested my car with Victory Auto Service & Glass staff. And I have yet to regret that decision. The customers service is amazing. The staffs are friendly, welcoming, and understanding especially Nate. I’m at ease whenever I take my car there. I know it’s in good hands.

I came to victory auto do an inspection on my car, and Nate had great customer service! He was very nice and made sure I was able to figure out what was going on with my vehicle, and got the job done in a timely manner. I will highly recommend victory auto!

I went to victory auto parts the other day and Nathaniel had one of the best customer services ever, my oil had to be change and when I got there Nate was the first one I seen, he took down my information, we had a good conversation, he’s a great guy honestly, his customer service is top of the line. He ended up changing my car oil and my car is now in great condition, all thanks to Nate.

These guys are awesome! I had a flat tire near by and needed a car jack and they let me use one they had free of charge. Very kind and helpful people!

I’ve used Victory for many years and most recently they helped me replace my instrument panel and match odometer in my old rusty Ford F150. Works perfectly and they were able to get the part installed and working faster than expected with a fair price. Thanks team!

Staff Matt was amazing fixing my Hyundai Elantra SE 2018 car after it was broken into and parts ripped out. Matt worked great with my insurance company, and got me back on the road fast, thank you very much.

I just went to victory auto in Brooklyn park because I had a flat tire and the advisor there name Nate was really amazing and helped me get my tire fixed and on time for me to go to work. My car was making a loud noise recently and I brought it in to get it check out. Nate was super friendly and helped me get back on the road by the end of the day.

I've been taking my cars to Victory Auto for years and I really appreciate their straight forward honesty with maintenance work that may be coming up, but that can wait. They never are pushy.
Also today when I took my car in for service, I was working on my laptop and was going to have a phone meeting. I asked if they could turn down the TV volume in the waiting area, which they did, but the service desk rep went above and beyond and let me use their back office to take my phone meeting. This was totally not unexpected nor did I ask for it, but I was super impressed with this level of customer service. It allowed me to keep a meeting I had scheduled and to do so with next to no distractions/interruptions. These are the reasons why I keep going back to Victory Auto.

Came here with something weird going on with my steering and one of my wheels on my 2015 Nissan Altima. I was worried, but I worked with Matthew and I appreciated how he explained everything so I could actually understand it instead of trying to take advantage of me or treating me like I wasn't worth the time to explain it to like I've had experience with in the past. They were able to get me taken care of quickly. Very helpful and I thought reasonably priced. Will be back if something comes up in the future.

They always do a great job installing your intoxication system and updating your calibration I wonder if they're honest mechanics aswell.

I went in a couple of weeks ago with car issues and got help from Nate amazing service and my car was fixed at a reasonable price
