Crystal Lake Dental Care of Robbinsdale

I have had an overall excellent experience. And would highly recommend this dental office. The front desk is very easy to communicate with, follow up texts and phone calls. The billing process is up front and honest no hidden fee’s. The teeth cleaning is personable and gentle. The doctor knows his stuff, he is a great listener and very good at explaining what is going on with your teeth.
In fact there have even been a few times where I have fallen asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I am there.
The staff is a fun group to be around!

I had a great experience with the whole dentist team. They are responsive and they genuinely care about my well being! I give major props to the dental hygienist Youa, she took such great care of me. Definitely recommending her and this dental clinic to everyone.

My parents recently went here for their teeth cleaning and had a really lovely experience! Dr Alkhatib was really kind and explained things to them in a way that was easy to understand. One of the hygienists, Youa was so professional and sweet too. The staff here were all friendly and helpful. I'm glad they were able to find such a great dentist in the area.

I think Crystal Lake Dental is a very good place to have my Dental work done. I had a fear of going to a dentist but since I found them, my fear has disappeared. Dr. Gaasedelen is very gentle and explains everything that he is going to do, which is very important to me. My teeth feel very clean after Amanda (the hygienist) has cleaned my teeth. I have recommended them to my family and friends, who now see them.

An amazing dentist. They are always helpful and nice. How they explain the care you will need and cost that it will be prior to care is so helpful and they are understanding that the cost of dentistry can be high and are willing to work within your budget and timeline.

I have never been here!!! I accidentally hit the one star. I didn't know how to remove it. It seemed really unfair to post a poor review of something when I had never been there. So I gave them five. Please don't pay attention to THIS review of my mine. Look at the people who have been there and have left a review. That seems to be a fair way for you to choose a dentist. Again, I have to apologize for having shakey fingers. Dentists are great people because they don't have shakey fingers. Note to Anne"Do not go to Dental school!"

The new crown fits excellently! Fast work- in and out with very little pain and Dr. Alkhatib is always very aware of giving me options for pain relief even before I have to say anything. Sensitive to patient needs! I appreciate that!

I was very hesitant about going to a new dental place, but my previous one is way too far so I had to drag myself here. Thankfully I did because it was the best choice ever! I was well taken care of by Dr. Alkhatib. Will be a regular here now!!

I have known Dr. Gaasedelen for over 40 years and feel very fortunate to have had him as my dentist for over 30 years. The professionalism of his work and his staff is unmatched by any other clinic. HIs knowledge and dedication to his field puts him on top of his field. I would recommend him without hesitation for the best dental care available.

Dr Alkhatib did a filling and a crown. I've never had such an easy (comfortable and well fitted) before. He's gentle and precise.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Gaasedelen for over 30 years. She has said many times that she will follow his practice wherever he goes. He used to have an office in Minneapolis, and now he's in Robbinsdale. Like her, I would not go to any other dentist. If Dr. Gaasedelen moves out of state, you may see Lori and I following him pulling a U Haul. The other testimonials are correct. The office manager (Trish) and the hygienists employed at Crystal Lake are of the highest caliber. I should have written a testimonial years ago, but better late than never.

Dr. Murphy and her team has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. They are very professional and I can trust them with my dental needs.
