Community Dental Care - Robbinsdale

If I had the ability to give this place 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have been to this business twice and this place has given me the best experiences of my lifetime by a mile.

The first time I went this past May the doctor performed nothing short of a miracle. I didn't even realize how much pain and time that she saved me until six months later - all credit to her.

The second time I got in by getting to the business well ahead of opening - the staff was nice enough to come let me wait inside - which is going above and beyond.

After a cancellation they were able to see me and did quick and efficient work which not only alleviated the pain I was in - but saved me lots of money had I gone elsewhere.

This place sees a ton of people and the staff has always been very helpful and accommodating.

You cannot go wrong by trying this place out - I love all of you!

The child dentist and my dentist(my whole family dentist and hygienist ) are all very friendly . The front desk lady is so approachable and agreeable too. Dentists here are very frank about your dental problems. I feel this community dentist is reliable compared with my previous experience . I feel comfortable with this clinic.you might need wait a Bit due to their popularity or maybe lack of staff, which doesn’t bother me . While they start the treat , it goes fast and effective .They are different from my previous dentist because they are actually more patient with you and they are willing to listen to you . I highly recommend this clinic !

Long story short, I haven't been back to the dentist in 10+ years. Due to a painful abscess, I went in to get things done. Thanks to Dr. Sorenson and Andy, my visit went by smoothly! I am no longer afraid and I will definitely go back. They made me feel soooooo comfortable in every way and I will definitely recommend this place. I am a single mother and don't have lots of money but with my insurance, the copay was barely anything. I am so happy! See you guys on the 16th!

My family has been visiting this dentist office for several years. They are great! Their ability to treat children is simply phenomenal. My kids are between the ages of 2-12, and the youngest have been coming here since their first appointment. All of the assistants, hygienists, and dentists seem to have gone through the same training for working with kids. They are really good and have made my kids very comfortable every time. Because of their excellent care, my kids have never been afraid of going to the dentist.

If I were to complain about anything, it would only be that we never seem to see the same people twice. That could be on me though, because I’m terrible at recognizing people I don’t see very often. Either way, it’s a small complaint, and actually it highlights how amazing it is that we get a consistent experience every single time.

This is the best dental care I have ever received. Fillings are done exceptionally well, and the bedside manner is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Seen lots of negative posts but I didn't experience any of that. Everybody there including front desk people were super friendly and helpful. The dentist assistant was really good working with my nervous 14 year old. Explained everything in detail. Made us both feel comfortable. 😌

Went in for an emergency for my wisdom tooth infection after being at the ER the night before. Everyone was very nice, reception offered me an ice pack. Waited around an hour to be seen, surprised me how quick they were able to see me. They explained my insurance wouldn’t cover full mouth X-rays so they only X-rayed the portion where it’s infected. Doctor explained they couldn’t remove my wisdom teeth there due to the placement of them. Gave me a referral to get the removed and list of oral surgeons. Helped me with pain management and answered all my questions. Doctor Dawa was wonderful. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Very grateful for all their help.

I was kind of upset to see some of these reviews because my experience has been absolutely top shelf. I moved to Robbinsdale recently and chose this dental office due to sheer proximity when I had a bad cavity. The staff has always been polite and helpful. My dentist has been absolutely professional and does amazing work. Also quick! I was in and out within 30-60 minutes each time. After 5-6 visits now I am confident that this place is great. Just show up on time for appointments and treat the girls at the front desk with respect and you will receive superb care :D

After two dentist said they couldn't help me With a tooth that was close to a nerve my sister called here they took my insurance and told me up front that they couldn't sedate me but they can try laughing gas they told me the price up front and what time I can come in for walk ins. I got there at 7:21am and they were already open! Even tho they don't open till 730. The receptionist was very nice and the dental assistant was extremely nice! I met with the doctor and she explained how the procdure with the gas is going to go. She told me that she had a patient before me and that it might be a wait...by the time they got me numb up and gas up. The doctor was ready even Tho it was a tough tooth to remove she was really patient and gentle I didn't feel a thing! I was so nervous about going to the dentist Before this but not anymore all these ladies we're wonderful!! I was out of there pain free by 8:45am! I'm so thankful!

Nothing but first class treatment through the biggest nightmare I've had to face. I started as a walk-in for urgent care after an entire side of my face had swollen due to one of my many infected teeth. I am writing after having all of my upper teeth extracted. Through the entire experience I was encouraged on by the kindness of each staff member I encountered and treated with amazing care by two highly educated yet emotionally understanding dentists. This dental clinic not only treated my jaw, they eliminated a huge portion of the dental anxieties that kept me away from care for so many years. I am thankful and impressed looking back at this entire experience!! I thank each of you that helped me through and I'll be seeing you soon with a big healthy smile on my face!!!

I was a walk-in with severe pain in my rotten wisdom tooth. I was ashamed I had let it get so bad but everyone was kind and understanding. They explained all of the payment details to me in an easy way.
The doctor even checked his schedule to see if he could fit me in to get it extracted!
I am so grateful he saw I was in pain and still squeezed me in between patients.
I really hope he knows how much I appreciated it! (Even though I was a bit in silent pain at the end 😅)

I absolutely love this place . Dr. Yang and Dr. Michael single-handedly changed my life with true dental work they did for me. After my brain injury I had to be on several medications that ruined my teeth. Never felt more self-conscious in my life and they helped me get my motivation back that I needed to go back into the workforce and get my confidence back. If you’re good to them they will be even better to you. What goes around comes around! Don’t listen to the negative reviews from my stand point. But hey, Everyone has her own experience and mine was an amazing one right down to the front desk staff who are not only beautiful women with beautiful minds but will get you in whenever possible in a timely manner! Everyone in that place was so nice. And Dr Paul is the best. Fast, painless and knows her stuff. If you need a dentist she's the one for you.

This place is amazing . I had went to a previous dentist who couldn't extract my wisdom. I came in early this a.m as an er walkin with pain. I was greeted and taken care of promptly. The dentist extracted my wisdom with no issue.
I was prescribed the medications l needed and was given clear instructions. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this facility to all!

Dr. Sorensen and assistant Gina are amazing at what they do... They make it a warm environment for being at the dentist... Ty you so much for your help and kindness.. the world needs more people like you.. thank you again so much for a great job and wonderful experience

Did a great job for me everytime

I have had the best experience at community dental. My doctor and her assistant was super, Dr Bhosale . I had a root canal, I am so afaird of needles going into my mouth, I had no pain. They had me laughing at them. I just enjoy my dentist and her assistant. Thank you Community dental.

After yrs of neglect to my teeth it is time for dentures. Started out with one tooth in need of removal which Dr Preuss extracted. I then made the decision to remove all of them. In 2 appointments Dr Preuss and his assistants took the best care towards me. Very professional and above and beyond his call of duty. I will recommend this clinic to all. Thanks Doc and all the staff 5 stars aint enough!!!

Great staff! Great dental care. This clinic cares more about giving good care even if you don't have dental insurance. People should be thankful the trained staff and Dr's exist for those who need it!

Minus the long wait to speak to someone I fell in love with this place Dr.Sorensen was a good send and her dental assistant I wish I caught her name today at my visit but they both made me feel so comfortable and welcomed durning my tooth extraction today (5/18/22) and the ladies at the receptionist desk were helpful as well getting me scheduled for my next appointment I would highly recommend them
