It was clear nothing has changed despite his team growing exponentially in the past five years. Wonderful all around. Whoa! Buying a home for the very first time is a scary process! To everyone that is in this position now, I could relate! The fear, the excitement, and overall elevated state of emotion. AJ was great to work with. He met with my wife and I about 4 years ago when we knew absolutely nothing about looking for or owning a home. He was patient with us and really helped educate us on what would best fit our needs. He has a super laid back personality, but also takes care of business by being very on top of coordinating next steps and guiding his clients. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone and have several other friends and coworkers that have also enjoyed working with him and his team.

We've purchased three properties through AJ and can't recommend him and the Advisory Group enough. AJ is extremely knowledgeable about the TC market and houses in general, having done multiple full-gut renovations. He's also very professional, and will ensure you're taken care of the entire way through the buying or selling process. Above that, he's a very likable guy. AND the best part- he surrounds himself with like-minded people, so even if you don't work with AJ, but work instead Luke, Steve, Russ, or anyone else on the Advisory team, you're going to be taken care of.

AJ was an excellent realtor. He is very personable and took the time to understand what kind of houses we were looking for, and the limits we wanted to work within. He is very knowledgeable about the industry in general and has a lot of experience renovating properties. This was very helpful as he was able to identify strengths and weaknesses of properties we would have missed and was able to provide insight into how we could use various spaces. He is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

Dwight was also very helpful. He was attentive to our requests and always made sure to respond in a timely manner.

Super professional but FUN group of people to work with! They really care about what they do and are committed to being the best at it. Taylor, Dwight, and McKenzee all did an amazing job helping us sell our house at a moment's notice when I got a job across country. From teaching us how to set the house up for showings to helping us close after we left the state, every step of the process was made clear and easy for us. AJ was extremely efficient and ethical in all dealings related to the sale of our home!

Never hire Cole Kirchoff as your buyer's agent. He does not fight for your rights as buyer and only cares about that commission. He does not lroperly tell you that he charges a $600 buyer agent fee until you sign the contract and on top of not wearing professional attire. The home I purchased needed repairs. He failed to fight for the full amount of repairs needed and asked me to take a compromise because the seller refused pay with full amount "due to market condition," home was left without all appliances from seller and would rather pay it personally instead of holding the seller accountable, and the home is not left in a "broom-clean" condition among other items. Fail, fail, fail, fail, and fail. Watching me being taken advantaged of by the seller while he himself laughing all the way to the bank.

If you want someone who represents himself, he is your agent.
