Beyond expectations. I had no idea that the floors could come out that nicely. Friendly, flexible, and fair-priced. Wish we would have called DB years ago.

I used DB Floors about 6 years ago and was really happy with the result. I had them come out to do another room. I am really disappointed this time. The two floors do not match!!! It looks like they coated it with a matte finish instead of gloss. Be sure to let them know the finish you want. DB Flooring contacted me and reimbursed the expense of having my floors coated to have a shinier finish! It seems we had a communication error, call them if you have an issue they are willing to work it out! Thanks DB Flooring! The sanding was very nice!

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. No showed three of the five days. No communication, I had to call each time to find out what is going on. apparently they feel you should either be at your house 24 hours a day for their convenience or give them the keys to your home. Betty is one of the most clueless people I have ever dealt with. Never realized there was a problem or show any concern for how the job is going. They don't do the work themselves by the way they use subcontractors, so the communication takes even longer and more clumsy. I am actually embarrassed that I hired them I had two other quotes I could have gone with. Very frustrated and even more angry.
