Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Maple Grove

I stayed at this location many times this year. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean. They quickly address any requests without hesitation. Some folks complain about the every other day room cleaning, but if you want daily cleaning, all you have to do is ask.

On my last visit, my rental car's battery died. I was in a bit of a hurry to get to work and one of their employees, Miranda, went to her personal vehicle and retrieved jumper cables for me to use. She did not have to do that. They have some great people working here. I would stay here without hesitation.

As a side note, the restaurant food is actually really good. Many nights I decided just to stay there in stead of going out. This is very convenient given the weather conditions during certain parts of the year.

We've been looking for a place close to relatives, finally found it.
We were impressed with everything. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The room was large, and nicely laid out. Everything was very clean.
We thought the price was good, and they had free cancelation.
This hotel is our new go to.

Of all the hotels/motels we have stayed in over the years, this is by far the best. Rooms & public areas are CLEAN. The shower is awesome (no mildew around the tub). Rooms are spacious. And the staff respond with requests ASAP. Especially Metairie & Jen. Will definitely make this our go-to place for all of our future needs & recommend to all our friends.

Clean. Quiet. Metairie was especially friendly, warm and welcoming, and helpful. Much appreciated. For a special treat head over to the Original Pancake House in the same parking lot for upper level, original, made from scratch breakfast.

We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. We were greeted by Myranda who made all the difference in our stay. We arrived early to see if we could get all three rooms on the same floor, not only was she able to get them all on the same floor, she was able to get them right next to each other. may not seem like a big deal, but this hotel was completely booked, and we needed one room to be handicap accusable. once she told us she was able to put us next to each other, she also said, "all 3 rooms are ready if you would like to check in now," This was at 11am in the morning. OMG! with the kids, traveling in the early morning, it was such a blessing to not have to wait until 3pm to check in. the rooms were clean & comfortable. Even though we had to pay for our breakfast each morning, the food was delicious and made to order if you wished. We were greeted every day by the front desk, the morning wait staff was fantastic. I had zero issues with this hotel & staff. Thank you for making my family feel like they were home.

Very nice hotel that me and my vacationing brother stayed at for two nights. Great variety of restaurants right next door. They have a nice swimming pool, but we were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Maple Grove from September 2 to 7th. We had originally booked 4 nights but it was so fantastic that we stayed a 5th night! Myranda made our stay so comfortable. She greeted me by name each time she saw me and made sure we had everything we needed. I asked for a later checkout. It was done! The cleaning staff were also fantastic! Our room was spotless! I was immediately comfortable in our room. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Maple Grove! You care about your customers and it shows!

Nice clean rooms. Nice location. Big LG TV. Valuable price. Checks all the boxes.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it is truly one of the best around. I travel often and anytime I'm in the Minneapolis area, I'll be staying here.

Hilton has yet to disappoint. Love the rooms and easy checkin on the app with no need to even go to the front desk.

Great lobby with a small bar & small convience foods. Dining available for breakfast & dinner $$. Comfortable spaces for relaxing. Free coffee & Bananas
Beds were comfortable, refrigerator in room came in handy. Restaurants within walking distance.

My husband & I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near 494 & Bass Lake Rd in Maple Grove, MN overnight in mid October 2022. We were exhausted, as we drove back to the Twin Cities after moving 2 hours away, and were doing some last minute cleaning and moving out of our house here. First, I have to say, the lobby/dining/lounge area is beautiful. Clean, contemporary, welcoming, just really nice! The staff was equally wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating! We had dinner at the dining room, and much to our surprise, it was excellent! We didn't expect that from a small dining room in a hotel. My husband stayed behind after dinner to take a look around, I was too tired and went back to our room. He surprised me with cookies and milk for a bedtime treat! Coo-dos to Sarah for helping him with this little treat! Thank you!

Great location right next to the freeway and restaurants… What can I say, the whole staff made sure that the stay was fantastic. Starting from the check in process in the evening to the ladies who were there to serve us breakfast and the housekeeping. Everything was great, I really wish you have had a mirror in the room also behind the door, a full length one. Something to think about.

This was my third (maybe fourth?) stay here and it never disappoints. Always clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. A great location too! This hotel is the go-to for my team at work, and I don't see that changing — HIGHLY recommend!

Very impressed with this property. Location was perfect for our needs, staff was always friendly, and pool was always heated to the perfect temperature. The lobby pantry has an excellent selection. Slam-dunk stay and we'll be back!

Rooms and service were great. Location off of the interstate made this an ideal location for us.

We coordinated with the Hilton Garden Inn for a room block for our wedding in Maple Grove. We also hosted a breakfast buffet for the wedding guests who stayed there overnight. We had an excellent experience working with the Hilton Garden Inn and its staff. The sales manager, Bernie, was easy to work with and professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel was able to provide a shuttle to the venue for our guests which was easy to organize and very useful. For our breakfast event the room the hotel provided was large and well equipped to host our guests. None of our guests (including ourselves) had any complaints about the hotel rooms. We had an excellent experience working with the Hilton Garden Inn and would highly recommend it.

After seeing a few reports about hotel rooms, I decided to take a black light with me as part of my visit. I was pleasantly surprised how clean my room was. Mobile check-in was a breeze. Feature that allows you to use your phone as a room key worked smoothly enough.
