I love this pharmacy. I have been with them for nearly a year and don't think I would go anywhere else. I have always been treated with kindness and I've always been provided with excellent care.

The service provided by the excellent staff is second to none. I recently had all of my scripts transferred to Genoa Pharmacy. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your scripts quickly and safely. 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is by far my favorite pharmacy and I recommend it to everyone! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they will really do their best to make sure you're happy and understand your medication. They even have a delivery service that will deliver your meds or you can get them mailed to you at no extra cost. They're great!

Genoa is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Excellent Customer Service!!! Their delivery drivers are wonderful. Ryan (Pharmacist) is hands down the best in the business! They don't make mistakes ever...I came to expect it at Walgreens. Never again will I ever go anywhere else. Ryan and Theo strive for excellence!!!

Hands down the best, most friendly and helpful pharmacy staff I've ever had. The option to have prescriptions delivered is convenient, accurate and always within the time frame provided. I've been able to have prescriptions delivered to my workplace, hotels and family members homes when I am staying there or busy at work.

I've never waited longer than a few minutes while inside to pick up. Everyone is helpful, kind and patient oriented. And they'll give you some chocolate if you ask nicely!

The only inconvenience to me is the weekends they're not open and they close at 5pm but problem is solved if you request a delivery as they'll deliver M-F until 9pm. I've never asked for weekend delivery so I can not comment on if they do or do not provide that service so for the rare situations requiring weekend services I'll go to my previous pharmacy of choice and unfortunately with the pandemic and shortage of employees nearly everywhere, you'll probably wait hours or even a day, just a reminder to stick with Genoa! They get to know you on an individual basis and are very accommodating if you need anything at all.

The best pharmacy I have ever been too! The pharmacist is extremely nice and helpful and went out of his way to help me with my medications on multiple occasions. They are very good at answering the phone and encourage you to call if you have any questions. They will even deliver medicine to your house!!!

After years of dealing with understaffed CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, I RAN to Genoa. This pharmacy is personable, small, and on their game! I never have any issues with getting my meds on time. I’m still amazed by the customer service I get here.

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with in my life. Quit wasting your time with places like Walgreens and CVS. These kind folks make you feel like an actual person and the service is incredible. I wish there was an option for 6 stars!

It is sooooooooooo nice to know that my meds will always be ready. Theo and Ryan are a rock solid team that fight for if your doctor or insurance companies are giving you problems. They're like a line of defense. Genoa is a dream pharmacy. I love these people.
