Park Dental Edinbrook

My son recently had 6 teeth pulled. The dentist and the assistant were wonderful in servicing my son and assuring all would go great. The procedure was quick and seamless. I was a very happy mama! Thank you Dr. Johnson and team!

I have been going to Park Dental Edinbrook for the last 4 years for dental work and cleaning. Dr. Sullivan is super awesome. She answers questions, comments and concerns with genuine interest and concerns.

Song is my dental hygienist and is wonderful also. She listens to my concerns about cleaning and offer recommendations when asked.

Appointments are far and few in between but when I had an emergency situation and they were able to get me in the day after to fix it.

Wait time in clinic is very short. I love this. I've been with other dental clinics and they would double book patients where it would keep me sitting in the lobby for more than 30 mins.

Park Dental in Brooklyn Park is GREAT! I was so lucky to find such a great dental provider after moving to the cities and leaving my dentist of over 18 years. Park Dental is friendly, provides top notch care with the latest technology, and extremely efficient! I couldn’t ask for anything more!! Thank you Park Dental!!!

This place gave me the best dentist experience I've ever had. They explained everything they were doing as they went, and reviewed a summary with me when finished. They also gave me lots of ideas for alternatives to flossing (which I hate doing). Soft picks for the win!

The staff are professional and I was seen quickly. I felt I was listened to and respected. I would recommend this clinic.

As much as I dislike going to the dentist, I have to say that my experiences at Park Dental have been positive. Dr. Sullivan has done two crowns and a root canal for me in the past 6 months and all the work has turned out great. A+

I'm not like some of the other reviewers, I have nothing bad to say about this place or the staff. They have always been polite and friendly towards me. I've had a couple of emergency situations and both times they got me in immediately.

Maybe the reason for my outstanding treatment was due to me always being polite and friendly towards the staff.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews I'm reading. I have gone to Park Dental and Dr. Johnson for years and always had a very good experience. They're a busy clinic with a number of hygienists per dentist so it can feel busy but I never felt rushed or like my concerns weren't addressed or my cleanings were subpar. They also accept major insurance providers, including some DMO plans, and take care of all of the paperwork very efficiently.

I have gone to Park Dental Edinbrook for over 20 years and I have always had a GREAT experience! Dr. Alley has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. She had fit us in for emergency visits and followed up with personal phone calls to check on us. She is so warm and caring and excellent at her profession. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They are also great at pediatric dentistry. I know there are specialty pediatric services out there but I love having our whole family at the same practice. They are really great with kids even as young as 3 years. I have a child with special needs and some sensory issues and they have handled her so gently and compassionately that she really looks forward to going to the dentist and would go more frequently then every 6 months if she could!

Dr. Johnson is knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. The hygienists are amazing, and always treat me like an old friend. I've been going here for 10 years and haven't had a bad experience. My kids go here now too, and they both enjoy dental visits. I went here because they're not far from me, but I come back because they're great.

Top notch staff from Dentists to receptionists. Always feel so well taken care of.

Once I arrive for my appointment they have alway gotten me in on time without having to wait. The staff is friendly, and professional. Equipment and procedures seem state of the art. I’m very satisfied with this office.

Professional and family friendly. I am astounded to see bad reviews on here. I took every single one of my kids here. The front office staff were great to work with (making appointments for multiple kids at once), the hygienists they saw were friendly and competent, and Dr. Johnson is wonderful! The prices are competitive with other area dentists. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We've been going to the Edinbrook location for over 20 years, love them! Lucinda is just amazing, always goes above and beyond :) Dr. Johnson has performed many procedures on myself and my family, he truly cares about his patients! In emergencies they always work us in, and are very patient with my youngest son who hates going to the dentist. So glad we found them!!

PDE is a great dentist office! We are a family of five and have been patients for over 5 years. The office staff, hygienist and dentist are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I always walk in dreading another dentist appointment and end up leaving with a smile. I highly recommend

Everyone I have ever encountered here has been insanely helpful and accommodating. I have no complaints about this place and would highly recommend. Some of these rude reviews with name calling and so on make me wonder if the issue is with Park Dental or some of the clients. Yikes!

Everyone here is great, and I need to put emphasis on Lucinda, the scheduling manager. She was so very helpful, kind and patient with all of our needs! You're amazing
