I came into the store for WiFi, and Rich helped me out immediately, which is fantastic customer service skills and got me the best deal. If anyone comes here, ask for Rich is the best. Outstanding service, treatment, and a wealth of knowledge. Thank you!!

I had Fios but then moved, then moved again. Juan was able to help and got me an appointment the following day. Talk about knows his product & very accommodating & effective. Thank you Juan. Give that guy a big raise

My experience at Verizon was excellent! Braylin the sales associate was very helpful and informative. He was so patient and took the time to explain everything and answer our numerous questions. I am very happy with my purchase.

On November 29TH, 2023, I came back to this same location.
Mr. Rich, (my Salesman), took care /corrected the same issue I had with my phone in November 18TH, 2023. To my opinion, Mr. Rich is definitely “The Expert “ in this field. He definitely knows what he is doing. If we talking “Bonus “, he sure well deserved it.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to the Verizon office in West Orange. Juan dedicated ample time to assist me, ensuring my service needs were fully met. It's my hope that more businesses across America will have employees like Juan, whose presence can significantly enhance customer service standards.

Rich helped me set up my new iPhone yesterday. I walked in, sat down immediately, and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Easiest, fastest , and most efficient Verizon experience I have ever had ! Chris ( guy with the piercings) is the nicest , most helpful , and made the experience very simple and enjoyable. I will definitely be back to this Verizon for future needs ! Definitely recommend!

I was at the West Orange store in West Orange and had a problem with sending a file that I just had no skills in sending. In short, I am REALLY techno challenged. Your tech, Mr. Cliff St.Juste was very professional, knowledgeable and nothing short of amazing in getting the file sent by breaking it into sections that I didn't know how to accomplish. Additionally, he took the time to show me how to cut a file into smaller sections. If there is a raise to be had, I highly recommend Mr. Juste for a raise or whatever accommodations you give to your employees who go above and beyond what is required of them.

Best place to go. I went yesterday to get my first phone and it was 8:30 and closed at 9:00 we weren’t fast enough to finish before that and the employee stayed an hour past closing time to help us. Not only do they have the nicest employees, but they have amazing deals I got an iPhone 14 for free. It was without a doubt it was the best experience of a store I have ever been to

Juan provided excellent service in helping us transfer our household cell service account to Verizon. He was patient, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

Poberston was able to retrieve my data from my broken and only partially operative phone. He kept hitting obstacles, but persevered and, with creativity and some luck, was able to move all the data to my new phone. Some of that data took me years to accumulate and is essential for me to smoothly function in my job. Many times he could've given up and I would have thought he'd made a reasonable effort. I'm very grateful he did not.

Juan's customer service skills are impeccable and his knowledge of the devices are tremendous..
