The technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous, in fact the overall customer service experience is excellent. I do not regret switching to ADT!!! The company truly takes customer gripes into consideration and takes the necessary action to right any grievances. I would recommend ADT to all who want better overall service at a competitive price!

He was prompt, thorough and followed through on his promises. He even accompanied the technician the date of my installation. He was personable and very knowledgeable on the work that was required. ADT he not only saved my house from a fire by alerting me to my phone about smoke in my house, but they also continue to make us feel safe with their alarm systems. Their customer service is second to none and their in home technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and nice.

I am really satisfied with ADT. There have been times that a techncian has had to come out and they have been extremely helpful.
