Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress shortly after getting married. The experience was SUPERB! There is a huge selection and we were able to try every single one until we found our dream choice. We never felt rushed but were extremely well supported by Hector - he knows everything about mattresses and was able to give us detailed explanations without bias or pressure. When it was time to check out, he was so helpful in helping us choose a payment option that worked for us. We felt extremely taken care of and are proud owners of an amazing purchase! Thank you, Hector, for helping us get our dream sleep back!!!

Our salesman was attentive from the door. As I had already picked the bunks, he described the beds and features explained the delivery snd process for the protection plan. Offered reasonably priced mattress and scheduled our delivery. Very pleased.

I placed an order for a bedroom set over the phone with Kirsy in the Elizabeth, NJ store. She was instrumental in answering all my questions and making me feel confident that the bedroom set I choose met all the specifications I had in mind. Thank you Kirsy for your excellent customer service!

After searching for what I wanted online- went into this branch to see it in person. As soon as I walked in the door- I was warmly greeted by Kirsy. She helped me find what I needed while offering great suggestions. Such a great experience- thank you!!

I went in for a recliner and was back out in about 20 mins. Marcos showed me everything and actually helped me with the specific type I needed for my husband. I decided on one that was perfect after trying it out. That was the quickest I went in a furniture store and back out. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

Mohammed at the Elizabeth NJ Exit 13 location was our salesperson & he was amazing! He was knowledgeable, professional, understanding, patient & really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our experience at Ramour & Flanigan! All of the salespeople there are top-notch!

I walked into the store and I was received very well by a young man named Alfredo Romero great customer service very patient and laid back and he new exactly what I wanted and help me with my whole process and I can't wait to see the type of service I will receive upon delivery of my furniture.

Adi in the Edison location was fabulous and a great help! After having a bad experience in the Fairfield store we were reluctant to going to the Edison store. Well I’m so glad we gave R&F a second chance. Our sales woman Adi went above and beyond for our special order. She listened to what we were looking for and showed many options in materials, etc. available. Her product knowledge was impeccable. She also was knowledgeable with out of state orders! She was continually in contact with us with shipment updates until we received our complete order in SC. I highly recommend Adi and the Edison location. Not Fairfield.

From the moment we walked in to the moment my furniture was all set up I was beyond satisfied. Nazir helped us out with what would be our best option while being in the store!! I was super happy with the choice I made for my couch and love seat 10/10

After fourteen years of providing a comfortable space for the humans and animals in our household to sit, nap, and sometimes sleep, my wife and I decided it was time to replace our beaten up leather sofa. We originally went to Elizabeth to visit the store (not Raymour & Flanigan) from which we'd purchased our sofa, only to be incredibly disappointed to find that out of all the sofas available, they only had two that were comfortable enough to imagine sitting on for any length of time (and only one of those was one my wife would consider purchasing). As we left that store, the smell of Swedish meatballs wafting out the automatic doors behind us, I suggested we pop into the Raymour & Flanigan that was across the parking lot from us, but followed my suggestion with the caveat that the sofas at Raymour & Flanigan would probably be out of our budget.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Fima, one of the salesman. We were up front with him that we were just stopping in briefly and that we weren't in a shopping mindframe because we didn't expect to find too many pieces in our budget. Fima encouraged us to look around and that he'd make sure to be in the general vicinity of wherever we were in case we had any questions.

One of the first sofas that caught my eye was a mid-century modern-inspired design and I made a beeline for it as that's my ideal aesthetic. Not only was the sofa comfortable, it was within our budget. It didn't take long for us to discover other equally appealing and comfortable sofas that were reasonably priced. It soon became apparent to my wife and me that perhaps we were in a shopping mindframe after all. :-)

We couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Fima. He was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive (without being overbearing as some salespeople can be), patient (we sat in A LOT of sofas), answered any questions we had, and was thorough in his explanations of everything from the way a certain sofa was built to the warranty to the financing options. When we left the store a little while later, we'd settled on which sofa we were going to purchase and since the sofa was more my wife's aesthetic than mine, we decided we'd come back later in the week to pick out a chair of my choice.

The next day, we were driving by another Raymour & Flanigan closer to where we live and decided to stop in and look at chairs. The plan was that if we found one I liked, we'd see if Fima we could purchase the same chair from Fima at the Elizabeth store. When we reached out to Fima with our selection, he confirmed he could get the chair for us and sent us an updated invoice within minutes. Scheduling the delivery of the furniture with Fima was equally easy.

We've already decided that we'll never buy a piece of furniture from anyone but Fima. The entire experience was relaxed and low-pressure and as someone who definitely doesn't like shopping, dare I say Fima made the experience fun? Yes, I dare!

And I know this review has really been more a review of Fima and his amazing client service skills and sales abilities than a review of Raymour & Flanigan as a whole, so I want to add really quickly that the store was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate and they had an extensive range of styles of furniture in a wide range of prices. (But really, the best thing about the store was Fima.)

I would like to give a great big shout out and thank you to the amazing Adi Salmeron of the Elizabeth Raymour and Flaningan for helping us design our beautiful new bedroom. She introduced us to the Shelby furniture collection which was exactly the charming farmhouse style we had in mind, and then helped us select the perfect Stearns and Foster mattress along with a great adjustable base to make it a bedroom dream come true. Adi is a true professional, with such a warm and friendly personality. Adi is a true superstar when it comes to customer service. From the minute we walked in we instantly liked her! She is friendly and outgoing and really listens to what the customer is saying. Adi is also very knowledgeable about the product, and she follows through. Adi even called us the night before our furniture was to be delivered to check in on us and to make sure we had pillows to go with our new bedroom! Which we had completely forgotten about lol…so we were thrilled to go visit her that very afternoon and pick up some nice new pillows. After a smooth white glove delivery I am happy to say we LOVE our brand new dream come true bedroom. We also will most definitely be looking for Adi to assist us with any and all future furniture purchases. Raymour and Flanigan in Elizabeth is very lucky to have such a dynamic salesperson like Adi Salmeron on staff!

Sales associate Fima, spent an insurmountable amount of time explaining every aspect of the sale, which included a complete bedroom set along with an accompanying mattress. Never “pushy” to gain a sale, just a pleasurable and educational learning experience along with a pleasant purchase

Lenny was the perfect sales person. He gave us plenty of time to look around and answered all of our questions and tried to find us exactly what we wanted meeting all of our specfications. He was superb. The store was brightly lit. The bathroom was very clean. We left happy customers due to Lenny Volsky.

I went to R&F in Elizabeth, NJ. DJ immediately assisted me in finding the perfect living room set. She was knowledgeable and patient as I looked and decided. She was professional and kind. It was an amazing experience.

I received the best customer service at this Raymour and Flannigan location. Nazir greeted me the first time I came in with the intent to window shop. He introduced himself, learned what I was looking for, and gave me the space of browse. Although he knew I would not make a purchase that day bc I wanted my partner to be present, he remained professional and personable. We even shared our love of our family pets. Nazir’s approach to sales won me over. Two weeks later, I brought my partner to this location and asked for Nazir. We are now the proud owners of the Beckett sofa. We love it! Quality service matters. Nazir is an excellent sales professional. We will be back to this location for more furniture and home decor.

When I walked into the showroom I was greeted promptly and friendly. I was looking for dining room chairs but the showroom had a smart layout so that you were exposed to different furniture groups rather than everything in the same area. I found the dining chairs I wanted at a good price with friendly service and prompt delivery. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to others.
