This is the remaining half of the Salvatore (Italian sub). Overall rating: 10. Bread was superb in flavor and softness with fresh ingredients and excellent proportions for perfect sandwich ratio. Service: Exquisite. Customers/atmosphere: all regulars who are friendly and excited to talk about how passionate they are of Angelina’s food. Final takeaway: Hidden gem. Go!

Stopped in for lunch and definitely have to return when I'm in the area again. I ordered a chicken parm with vodka sauce. Absolutely THE BEST! Everything there was fresh and smelled amazing.

I have had many, many great sandwiches and meals from Angelina's but today's sub (Nico) was for lack of a better word EPIC. Thank you for all the great food over the years and crisp service. Your reputation is well deserved. Joe Then And Now

Updating my 5 star review from 2 years ago- This place is still awesome, still 5 stars. It IS high demand so if there's something you see on their Instagram or menu that you like, call ahead preferably in the morning and they have it ready for you the time you need. This has now become our Tuesday place. My family orders food at 7:30am for pick up after school. They are so yummy and reasonably priced that we order for dinner that night and a sandwich for lunch the next 2 days since the sandwiches are so hearty. Highly recommend!

The nicest people and the best chicken cutlet sandwiches! They welcome you as if you were family. Mad at myself for not knowing of this place sooner!

Just got a Taylor ham egg and cheese for breakfast, it was excellent. I will definitely try to make it back here for lunch some time.

The best Italian deli in the Passaic county area by far. This place simply doesn't miss. Their Chicken Parm Vodka roll on a garlic bread crust is out of this world! My personal favorite is the "Domenico" sandwich (imported mortadela, provolone + roasted red peppers). Their buffalo chicken wrap & eggplant wrap (with fresh mozzarella, arugula, bruschetta & balsamic glaze) are straight fuego as well. 💯

The fact that this place is not on lists for NJ’s best deli’s is pretty baffling to me(I saw boagies hoagies on one list somewhere and that is NOT nearly as good as Angelina’s in any way, shape, or form). This deli is the best I have found in the entire area by a long shot. Their sandwiches are superb and Loaded with fresh cold cuts. Semolina Bread is always soft and fresh. Chicken cutlet is the best I have had. Their fresh Mozzarella is amazing. Prices are reasonable. Their sides and salads are all excellent. My go to sandwich is the chicken cutlet prosciutto fresh mozzarella with some balsamic glaze on semolina. Just go any chance you get-you will not be disappointed but note they are closed on Sunday’s!

Of your looking for fantastic food and giant sandwiches then this is the place . Great Italian options as well as catering. We have catered food from here several times and have always been happy with the great job they do.

I get the Giuseppe with balsamic vinegar on a semolina hard bread. Perfect. Also the chicken vodka parm sandwich is great too. They give a ton of food, definitely don't skim on the portions like many other delis.

The best in Hawthorne and arguably the surrounding area. Super friendly staff and always fresh and delicious. The amount of meat per sub is almost “too much”, if you believe there is such a thing. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

Ok...here we go. Live in Hawthorne for over 25 years. Stopped in for lunch today with my wife. Ordered 2 chicken Parm sandwiches......looked in deli case.....the Rice balls and stuffed peppers was calling out to my wife and I. Had them for dinner tonight. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. It took us 25 years to come here? Shame on us!!

Walked in to this place for the first time and was welcomed like i was a regular everyone there was pleasant and worked quickly. The sandwiches were were well built and tasty. We ordered the lasagna to go for dinner re heated it that night and it was one of the better lasagnas ive had recently not to dry but also no swimming in sauce.

Chicken Cutlet parmigiana with vodka sauce. Outstanding and enough for two people. I want to return to try the deli salads and pasta dishes. Excellent deli meats, cheeses and Italian bakery breads. Pizza slices also available. Hope to get the chance to work in this area again soon.

LOVE me some Anjelina’s! Can’t believe I didn’t know about this spot & I’ve been living in North Haledon (next door) since forever. This is one of those places where EVERYTHING is delicious. Everytime I order it’s something different bc I want to try just about everything but their chicken cutlets are LIFE🙌🏼

Holy rice balls! If you're not getting rice balls from Angelina's, you are doing things incorrectly. Rice balls aside, I've enjoyed everything I've ever had here. The chicken cutlets are awesome. They even step up their game with their salads. Can't go wrong with Angelina's

Place is great get food for parties there a lot. Very friendly family running the place. Even the customers are all very nice. Everyone is in a good mood when you are getting food from Angelina's. Would recommend to anyone for catering or just to stop in and get a sandwich.

This is my favorite deli in the world. They treat you like family. I recommend you go there if you haven't already they have really good food!
