Boar's Head Deli

Wow so let me start by saying I’m amazed at the reviews because my experience was in fact opposite of what I’m reading. The man who made my Mesquite turkey and cheese on an everything bagel toasted (Which was soooo Delicious) had amazing customer service!!! I was in line and witnessed rude customers and he still remained kind to them all and he was fast at making every order!! Wish I would have got his name! Thanks Man appreciate you!!!

Best turkey and provolone I've had in a while. Made fast and with a smile - rarely seen in an airport. Expensive but that's airport food.

Literally the best Italian Sub I've ever eaten. It seems like the rest of these reviews are just huffy puffy douchebags who's flight was delayed or something, because this restaurant was incredible.

The bread was mad cold. I don’t understand why the food quality has to be bad. I simply don’t get it. Just bring your own food. It always reminds me when Trump says the US airports are the worst, he’s right!

I need to write a review. I went to the location in terminal C United Airlines. I order a Ruben sandwich. It takes 20 min and its not even busy. A pilot waiting for his sandwich with out bread gets his with bread after telling them 3 times. I finally get my sandwich and its a cold unheated sandwich, I never had a cold Ruben sandwich before. Maybe my fault not knowing. But theyoung women that calls out your order number is rude and unprofessional. She asked me if I paid already and I said I did, she asked again and I nodded my head Yes. Then she says to me" did you pay or not" I replied "yes I did" then she says "No! You didn't, you nodded your head" Then she asked to see my receipt and was rude about it. Never go back there.

Zero for customer experience here. You have to choose from three tablets and input your menu choices which would be fine, if it were not for the fact only about a third of the menu is listed, and no one at hand to help. There are beers, potato chips, soup and fruit clearly seen in cabinets and on offer but not on menu...

So was greeted with a look of annoyance as I wanted to add a bottle of water and some fruit when I got to the checkout. Nice!

My advice, ditch the stupid tablets with nothing but soft drinks and limited menu, and stop being so lazy when it comes to having to interact with customers.

Of course they won't do this as they have airport gate traffic with limited choices for customers, and who wants to spend time in Newark airport unless forced too? Food seemed ok as were prices, but a huge fat zero for not giving a toss about those who keep your business afloat.

Got my sandwich with the help from some rude worker hovering beside us.

I sat down and opened it up, then I walked back and told them my order was wrong, I had ordered a roast beef sandwich not tuna salad. I'm not trying to be rude, I genuinely thought they gave me someone else's and I could wait a few more minutes for something mine. The hovering lady informed me that was in fact roast beef. Oh. And now I'm sitting here wondering if I should chance it for my 7 hour flight ahead of me. Hm. Pic to be added.

Please do not come to this place, i was in a rush for my flight, and 15 minutes in to my order I am told that there are no more pancakes. They didn’t even care about me and are not letting me get a refund. They said I could get French toast but it is already too late. I missed my flight and now I have no money for my vacation. Thanks board head for ruining my vacation. Oh and by the way they didn’t have any orange juice.

These employees could care less about their jobs. Horrible representation for the company. No structure in taking orders and paying plus my order was incorrect. If you flight departs in less than 40 mins, don't even consider getting in line. You will miss your flight

If you're coming here thinking a deli will be a place for quick airport food, don't. The impersonal touch screen ordering system lost my order and it took me half an hour to get a simple sandwich and they still didn't get it right. They also informed another customer they were out of roast beef, which is pretty ridiculous for a deli. The just-okay food did nothing to make up for the service.

I need to warn all you business people and vacationers who see a boars head sign and assume it's quality. I just paid $25 for 2 charcoaled burnt croissants, an old dry scone and 2 cups of ice (iced coffee) I usually associated Boars head with quality. Maybe the meat is of high standard but the way they service food here is a disgrace to the food industry and Boars Head!! Two thumbs down. Eat before you travel.

Doesnt even deserve a star. Slowest cashier in the world, they gave me the wrong sandwich, and wouldn't take it back. Don't order a french dip, they will give you chicken and nasty toppings on it. $9.50 for the worst fast food experience ever.

sandwich meat is tough and "hot" sandwich is cold, checkout process is confusing. staff are helpful and seem to understand the frustration, but my sandwich is still dissapointing and the water is overpriced

I have ordered from here a total of 3 times...every time is a nightmare...stay away...they never get an order right and I have been overcharged and additional charges from this place always appear on my card.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DELI...BREAD IS ALWAYS STALE AND THEY DON'T PUT THE RIGHT TOPPINGS ON YOUR SANDWICH...THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

So.. let me get this straight. . They have and proudly advertise Gluten free everywhere, but no gluten free bread..... hello... kinda defeats the purpose for a gluten allergy person...

Awful.... ordering system on ipad is awful, employees don't care at all....paying is the honor system and wholly confusing...., sandwich was awful, avoid at all costs

Horrible ordering system...rude employees...slow employees...out of potatoe salad and forced to take chips instead. DO NOT EAT HERE
