Primavera Ristorante

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my two sisters' birthdays. Service from beginning to end was excellent. The restaurant is small, and I would advise reservations. They have a wonderful menu of great Italian dishes prepared to perfection. We ordered appetizers, which were calamari, shrimp arrabiata, and the meatballs with fresh ricotta. All were excellent. Our main entrees we ordered were the seafood cappalini, lasagna w/ meat sauce, and the pork chop. The seafood cappalini was excellently prepared, just simply delicious with plenty of lobster, shrimp, mussels, and clams! Double cut pork chop could easily feed two people. Lasagna was delicious as well. Don't skip the desserts. The New York cheese cake is a must try. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My family and I celebrated our grandmother's 91st birthday at Primavera tonight and the experience was truly outstanding! Every course was excellent; the food was amazing and the service was superior. We will definitely return, what a gem!

Had a group of 20 for a birthday. Staff was excellent at handling our group. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Appetizers, entrees and desert, all excellent. Would highly reccommend

Amazing food. I tried the long hot peppers which came with sausage and the cod special (pictured) which came with mussels and shrimp. Delicious!

This has to be one of the place places I've been to. I had a dinner with coworkers Saturday evening and the Waiters were incredible. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. My guests and I loved it.

We had a large party of 15 and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Food was delicious! Good time was had by all!

1st off they give you a little slice of pizza when they seat you, comes out with the bread. It's a small thing but we appreciated it a lot! The apps we had were GREAT (eggplant, calamari & rock shrimp). Dinner was amazing as well. I will def be going back and trying some new dishes off the menu. Staff was great bathrooms were clean and the food was perfect. Can't ask for much more

Go and enjoy yourself! You won't regret it! The food , service, hostess, everyone was great and made you feel comfortable and at home, and most importantly- welcome . The food is absolutely delicious , and trust me you, will want to stay here and enjoy a glass or two of wine,and not feel rushed at all,or like your wasting their time etc. They had several different dessert options, sorbet and fruit available also. We ordered the tiramisu, chocolate cake,and canolis, all were terrific!! Don't forget to order a coffee with dessert, it's actually very very good coffee,which may not seem.like a big deal,but it's nice to order coffee and receive coffee, not watered down stuff etc.my mom is disabled and uses a walker,sometimes even a wheelchair,and the hostess and all of the people that worked there made her comfortable and she was able to enjoy the night.we hope to be back soon! We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful evening! This is the type of old school NJ restaurants I grew up knowing, and we are so happy to have found your place! We had a great time and appreciate you :)

Small Italian restaurant in a strip mall. Parking is difficult, but worth the trip for the Southern Italian food. Well done, nice portions, reasonably priced, decent wine selection.

Food was fantastic. Very attentive staff. We were visiting from out of town and it seemed like a place popular with the locals. Will return on our next trip to North Jersey!

Unbelievable! By far the best Italian food I have ever had. My son and I went here based on google reviews. We are from out of town and were looking for a place. The food is incredible! The service is amazing! The atmosphere is so charming.

My wife and I dined here on Valentine’s Day, our first time here, the owner greeted us at the door in great retro jacket and the food was delicious and the service was great! We will be returning

Had a client meeting. They suggested this restaurant for it's convince of equal of distance for each of us. Little quiet town. Might even drive right by it if you didn't have the address. I say this, DON'T!. The service was impecable, only surpassed by the food!
The veal saltemboca was perfection. Others had salmon dish and another had roast chicken with peppers. Also terrific. They have a great dessert menu and a well stocked bar. Prices we're very reasonable and the atmosphere terrific. Great for families also. Go enjoy!

Just had to give a shout out to Primaveras Restaurant in West Orange. I had my daughters bridal shower there and it was outstanding!!! The food and service was so delish !!!! So many guests came up to me raving about the food. Dominick the owner was so nice and really gave it his all. If you are considering having a party I totally recommend PrimaVeras.
