Margarita's Deli

Delicious sandwiches (my favorite: pastrami with everything!) and juices. Very friendly staff, clean atmosphere and very well priced! I only found out about this place back in December 2023, by a coworker and ever since then; call in my breakfast and by 6:15 a.m., when I stop in; my food's ready, fresh and hot! This place is AWESOME!!!

I love this store so much! The employees are very professional and attentive, the store is clean, they have a suggestion box, the aesthetic is beautiful and most importantly, the food is delicious.

And their juice bar is phenomenal! You can tell their ingredients are fresh and that they put a lot effort and care behind their service.

I truly recommend that if you have the chance you go to this store at least once.

This place is awesome: quick service, friendly staff, and good food. I got an omelet and drink with home fries and toast, and ate in the cozy and spotlessly clean dining area. Apparently this place is under new ownership as of late 2019, and they have done lots of work to make Margarita’s clean, attractive and appealing. I will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items. And they do now take credit cards with $10 minimum order, and new hours (as of 2/2020) are 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Not sure why I never stopped at this place before, but I finally decided to check it out and I am so glad I did. What a gem! I ordered a fried flounder platter. 2 thin flounders perfectly fried and a fresh house salad on the side. It was fresh, delicious and it hit the spot. Looking forward to my next visit the next time I come to Amboy.

The best deli ever ESPECIALLY for there pork roll egg and cheese made to perfection there pancakes are super fresh soft and fluffy and there homefries filled with flavor 😋 😊 👌 😀

Very friendly place with great people there. They treat you like a friend even if its your first time. Watching everyone walk in and talk about their lives and the people there engage in conversation like theyre genuinely interested is great. A perfect spot for morning breakfast on the go. They are awesome.

This place makes an awesome breakfast sandwich and they have real home fries, peppers, onions and spices. They also have fresh juices and they make fruit smoothies. I highly recommend trying this deli.

Service is excellent. The owner runs a tight ship and is on top of all of his customer’s orders to ensure excellent service is provided. The food is amazing and you get great value out of them. Overall great experience everytime I go there.

Margarita's is a little staple in the community Perth Amboy. Great bacon egg and cheese and a good location for quick bites. They have a generous menu and juice bar for those cravings.

I was in Perth Amboy from Paterson I was in the mood for grits and I searched grits and sure enough this place came up. Because of the neighborhood I thought the prices would be Sky High I came in and I have to say it was really cheap and the food was hot and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly as soon as we walked in he said good morning. If I'm in that area again I would definitely go to try out something else on his menu which was actually pretty big.

Always a pleasure to come in and get my breakfast sandwiches and coffee! Wide variety, great options, and received my food as ordered in a timely manner! Staff is really friendly and always greets with a smile! Def recommend to all my friends!
