The gym’s owner and head trainer Andre Johnson is certified in various forms of fitness training and runs the gym with integrity and commitment. Every time I go to this gym the energy is always good. The people who workout there are very welcoming and friendly. It is hard, yes. But I have remained so focused on my weight loss goals there.
