On Time Elite

Our first experience using On Time Elite for our production vehicle needs has been nothing short of excellent. Crisel is flexible, listens to you, is quick, and customer friendly. The production bus she suggested to us was amazing. The outside looks way better than a generic white trailer with metallic steps. We loved the finished inside with comfy couches; the accent touches are great. It comes with (2) TVs where you can relax, enough fridge space, and plenty of room for makeup. If I had to point something out that can be improved, it would be the trash cans. They could either be built into the walls, or something with a lid would be great. All in all, the bus had an early arrival with a professional driver. I would definitely recommend working with On Time Elite for our next gig.

We just shot a huge beauty brand commercial with their new line of trailers and my clients and crew kept commenting how nice the trailers were compared to past shoots with this beauty brand! Customer service is also amazing. I can’t recommend enough!!

I've used On Time Elite for more years than I can remember, and for a variety of sporting and entertainment events. From start to finish they never disappoint...their vehicles are first class, the customer service is always responsive and buttoned up, plus Danny and of course Cris are always a pleasure to deal with. I hired On Time Elite to bring a wardrobe trailer onto a commercial I recently produced in February 2014. They were excellent to work with from beginning to end -- booking inquiries, execution of the job and follow-through at the end. The price they quoted was in line with what we ended up paying after gas/tolls/OT and I was impressed by how thorough (yet easy) their booking process was. We even got a free upgrade because there was a nicer trailer available the day of our rental. The driver of the trailer was great too and showed up 30 minutes early to our location. I would definitely recommend going with On Time Elite for any wardrobe trailer needs. They were the most affordable option I found, and turned out to be great to work with as well -- that's the full package for me.

Incredibly professional, first rate, always on time or earlier, and very helpful. I just used them for a week long event in Brooklyn and, despite our very long days, they stayed the whole time and their driver was hands on and willing to help when we needed it.

Our venue was small and we had no production office so their RV became our home for the week. It was clean, cool at all times, and spacious.
