In renovating my 100 year old house, Marble Online had the tile we were looking for at best prices. In addition, their customer service was exceptional. After my first order, they confirmed my order and delivered it timely. When I needed more, they confirmed they had additional stock available, and delivered within 2 days. I highly recommend them, and would use them again myself.

Shipped fast when I needed it. I had short ordered some tile and was mid project. I called Marcella who helped me with ETA times, the product and was patient with me as I had to call the contractors and check dates. She placed my order at cut off and it just barely made it in. Its arriving 3 days ahead of schedule! We can proceed with our project which will be on time!

I am updating my review. The company reached out promptly and sent me new set of tiles. Very grateful. Very affordable and professiona.

Why go anywhere else? The quality, price and service can not be beat. Ruby and Marcela are the most professional and courteous. The quality of the marble is unsurpassed and they have the best selection. I shopped around and no one else had the quality or quantity in stock, it would have taken weeks to receive and the price at marble online was far lower than what I was quoted by everyone else. I highly recommend marble online in Kearny NJ. I am lucky to have found them and will definitely return and refer them to everyone I know.

I was extremely impressed to recieve an email from Marble online (Alan), informing me the second order I placed was different from my first. Alan corrected my order and ensured the correct tile was mailed! Thanks!!

Staff is friendly and prices are very competitive

Ok marble place. They’re pretty basic Chinese marble. Cheap stuff. The staff is pretty bad and they’re completely miserable looking. But no biggy if they have what u need buy it and they have good prices.

I ordered a set of mosaic tiles from them (5 boxes). When my contractor started to work on the floor part of the project he discovered that the individual pieces on the tiles were not matching the size of the adjoining pieces on other tiles. The difference in piece thickness was as big as 1/8 inch in some cases! (see the pictures). When my contractor called the woman representing the company she told him that the tiles were acquired in different places (i.e. I bought them from different suppliers and now I’m trying to match them) and that’s why they do not match. I sent her the pictures of the tiles and followed up with a call. This time she didn’t say that I bought the tiles in different places, but… questioned my contractors skills! She said that - despite the obvious proof clearly visible on the pictures - that all pieces come from the machine that is set to cut equal pieces, so it is impossible that they are different sizes and then. Throughout the conversation she mockingly laughed, at first in a conversation with my contractor, then with me and then… she simply hung up on me.

Please, consider this customer treatment when you contemplate buying anything from this shoddy company.

The tile was gorgeous. Ended up having a few sheets left and a full box. Decided to take back the box being that it was over $200. I quickly realized there was a mistake on the invoice. I returned 20 sq ft and it said 10 on the invoice. I called and was assured the mistake was only on my invoice and correct on their end. This was in December. Waited a month no refund. Called and emailed finally got a response that it was being processed. Few days later received a refund for 10 sq ft. Still waiting for the other half for something I returned in December......

huge delay on shipping.. we ordered March 2 and it won’t go out until March 10 with 6 days shipping.. unacceptable, I’d have used someone else.. I will update my review with the quality of the product that I receive..
