I’m going to need the bar top to expand. I love sitting there! My 3 plates of food take up a lot of space.Start with the shrimp beeps. The sauce here is so good. It’s really hard to choose what to eat. The staff is very attentive You really feel like your visiting your relatives for dinner.

This place is absolutely fantastic ! My husband and I have eaten here many times and it is always consistently delicious. So we decided to celebrate our daughter’s bridal shower here a few weeks ago and it was PERFECT! From the endless delicious food to the incredible caring and professional staff -the day was PERFECT! Thank Nick and crew for creating one of my daughter’s favorite days.

Cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed our meals. Looking forward to trying a family dinner night.

This place is SO great! We’ve sat inside and outside and the service and ambience are fantastic! The zucchini fritter appetizers are unreal. The tiramisu is the best! Family owned gem in WO! We love it!

This is probably very boring for Nicholas Anthony's Family Kitchen to receive yet another five stars, but that's what we give it. We hadn't been to this location in several years, not realizing that it had changed ownership. I love BYOBs because you can better pair to your taste to the food you expect to receive. I'll make this short, the food was great, the wait staff was excellent and the space was larger and lighter then I remember it. The space was a bit noisy and could use some noise dampening/absorbing material . So move over Maplewood, Montclair, Verona and the Caldwells, we finally have discovered an excellent restaurant in our backyard.

Great dinner last night, delicious appetizer of Mozzarella en Corroza and the chicken and Pork chops were very large portions and very flavor packed. Super nice owners and staff. Byo and a new destination.

Authentic home style Italian food at its finest. Cosy ambience. Fabulous service. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Such amazing food and friendly amazing service. I was there for my nephew's Christening lunch and everything was served family style.. Everything was fresh and so delicious. I cannot wait to go back.

Everything we ordered was delicious and portion sizes were so huge, we had leftovers for 2 days. Service was great. So happy to have this new little place down the street. Make sure to get the fresh zeppolis for dessert.

Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Our waitress was so friendly and cool. We were with our 4 year old and she was so sweet with our munchkin. The food? Outstanding! My husband got the pork chop and I got the chicken Marsala pasta dish - soooo good! The chef came out and was so friendly. The ambiance is great too. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nicholas Family Kitchen in West Orange for the second time, and I must say that it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants since moving to New Jersey in 2018. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the impeccable service, comfortable ambiance, and, of course, the outstanding food.

First and foremost, the service at Nicholas Family Kitchen is truly exceptional. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff managed to maintain their game face and deliver top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of.

One aspect that stood out to me was the well-spaced tables, which provided a sense of privacy and comfort. It's refreshing to dine in a restaurant where you don't feel crammed into a tight space. Food and service are always on point. The chicken savoy tastes like what dreams are made of (DELICIOUS and Highly Recommend). Chef Nicholas’ Specials are to die for. The staff and owners truly go out of their way to make you feel like family. Decor is so tasteful done too. If you haven’t been yet, What are you waiting for, GO!!!

Cozy restaurant. We dined in for a large party. The staff were all smiles the minute we walked through the door and were patient with the children. The zucchini fritters were absolutely delicious, nice portions, and big on flavor. The waiting staff were extremely attentive and never let your glass go empty.

Mustard crusted salmon (medium cooked perfect) with asparagus and that banging potatoe patty thing. On special tonight. Thursday is good evening out with family for some great Italian cuisine. You wont go wrong they have meals for the whole family to enjoy.

Place is a gem, hidden or otherwise. My wife and I took our 5.5 year old daughter and 1.5 year old son the latter who’s never been to a restaurant ever.

We sat down 15 minutes before dinner service and the staff was super accommodating especially with a screaming, at first, child.

Our waitress got our order in and out super fast, made sure we were well taken care of and happy.

The food was incredibly tasty: pizza, pasta and chicken sandwich. Fresh and homemade.

We’ll be back many times.

We recently had a private party at Nicholas Anthony's Family Kitchen. Nicholas was easily the best vendor we dealt with. Throughout the entire process he was friendly and professional. He was willing to work with us on a menu to meet many different dietary needs and stick within our budget. We were able to drop off the wine ahead of time so that it was chilled and ready when we arrived. Shout out to Alison and Sam, our excellent servers, who were attentive and friendly and made our guests feel welcome. All of the food was tasty and our guests ate quite their fill. We would definitely work with Nicholas again!

First time at this place for dinner with my friend. Everything we ordered was very good. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Will be back.
