IVAN is amazing!! My sister and I have been coming to this cafe for 3years or more and it is much better when IVAN is working because his patience is amazing. We both are picky eaters and picky coffee drinkers.

Out of all the employees who work at this cafe Ivan is the best not just I say so but people who were recommended to come here. What a humble young man!

The food is pretty good!!!!!!!!!! My favorite is the Blueprint vegan burger and my sister's is the vegan sausage sandwich.

The prices for the food as raised which was surprising. Which Slows me down from coming as often.

But overall the environment and food Deserve more than a 5 start.

So check it out if you are ever in the area you're not going to regret it.

Food is pretty good! As a vegan, i like that they have a good amount of options for me ! So far I’ve had the tofu scramble & vegan cheesesteak wrap, & both were good. I also tried their vegan maple walnut donut which was amazing . Sunday’s they have a DJ, which is pretty cool ! The server’s are nice & friendly. Overall, great experience. I’ve been here twice & will def be coming back again to try their other menu items.

We were there for brunch on a Saturday and the DJ did an awesome job- what a vibe! Loved the spicy hot chocolate, vegan parm and vegan chik’n waffles!! The best portion size I’ve seen 🎉

First time I ordered through Ubereat vegan chicken waffle delicious and some vegan donuts but today I was able to go for Dine in excellent service so many vegan options everything was delicious, I will definitely be back.

I love Google reviews for helping me find gems like this place. Delicious breakfast and lattes. The sausage egg sandwich should really be called the sausage hamburger with egg! It is huge. The huevos rancheros was huge and tasty. More beans and less cheese would be good but was delicious. The pancakes were the best I have had in a while. Super fluffy. We are stuffed. Great job, keep it up.

What a wonderful hidden treasure! We’ve driven by so many times without stopping in but I’m so glad we finally did. Food and drinks were all fantastic and service was warm and friendly. The space is stylish and still comfortable and welcoming. Thank you!

Was looking for a place for good Eats while in town on vacation and was suggested Blue Print Cafe. Extremely elated I came as it lived up to my expectations. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was very tasty and messy just the way I like it. The Mrs had an omelet filed with sausage, fire roasted veggies and melty goodness. Took a few pastries back to the room to enjoy and they were definitely good to the last crumb. The entire time I'm grubbing on the sweets it didn't even hit me that I was eating vegan pastries Mmmmmmm 😀 Great Outdoor Seating!

Absolutely delicious Vegan food! We were heading to the airport to catch our flight home and found this place on Google. Super cute decor, great chill spot, but the food... Omg! They have loads of vegan options! We had the Chick'n & Waffle, Vegan Burger w. Sweet potato fries and a Moroccan Mint tea! Super delicious and tasty! This will definitely be our go to when we come back to NJ to visit!

Hey you better come to Newark and come for this place it’s got a great everything. I was there just now on a Saturday, they had a DJ cranking, full vegan and other menu, lots of eclectic decor, world beat vibe, folks from all over, lots of conversation and just great all-around vibe. People kept streaming in, couples, families. Lots of space and air, high ceilings, full patio. Converted industrial shop building. A gem to find out of nowhere on Google search, on South Side of Newark. Open 3 years, female owned and she comes by in person. Highly recommended night or day! Food top rate!!!

Wow!! Soo good! Especially for vegan food, it can be hard to get something that doesn’t taste synthetic. This place has done the vegan stuff perfectly! From the vegan chicken and waffles to the oatmilk latte, everything was delicious.

This place was the cherry on top of our trip. If you ever thought about going to this place, do it. Everything from the time we entered, to the time we left was on point on so many levels. The atmosphere was cozy and warm and I love the whole aesthetic of the decor. The front counter/waitress/host (talented all around) was the sweetest and so inviting. Top customer service, so thank you for that! The chef did an amazing job with the food, and the pastries we had (forgot to take pictures because we inhaled it) were so amazing and fresh. I loved everything about this place. I have nothing bad to say at all. They made sure that mask were worn, had a sanitary station, and did temperature checks as well.

If you happened to ever be in NJ again, will definitely be back to this gem!

They're vegan burger is everything. I ordered the blueprint vegan burger and it smelled and taste just like a regular burger. They really know what they're doing here. The price is decent. The food is everything! 😋

Love the atmosphere! They provide a parking lot, which is super nice. Love all their brunch choices, tasty pasta and sandwich.

Food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere, the staff, everything was phenomenal. The Salmon Cheese steak is a must have, it's the only one in town.

I got pudding bread served with jelly. It was nice and I got coffee. ( I drink black coffee with no sugar and no milk I think it’s tastes better). Nice place in Newark with good ambiance. Good place for reading and studying.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Lots of art energy and good vibes. I enjoyed seeing the architecture and furniture in the restaurant. It is a beautiful open kitchen with beautifully written menu options on the chalkboard. Lots of options for coffee and drinks. The food was delicious. I had the huevos rancheros and it was a great and filling portion. My partner and I were very pleased with the restaurant. Hostesses was warm and kind. Oh, the pastries were divine! Especially the bread pudding muffin! Yummy!! Would definitely come again when in the area.

I’ve eaten here about 3 times and each time was a great experience. They have great vegan options as well as non vegan options. I went there for brunch recently and ordered the salmon kebabs and the turkey burger. Both were delicious! When they are busy, service can take a bit longer but they made up for it with the food! And they were very apologetic for having us waiting and continued to check on us throughout the duration of our stay. And they are BYOB.

I would recommend going for their Saturday brunch from 12 noon to 4pm. Their resident DJ is amazing and the ambiance is great.
