I bought a nice bedroom set from Bob's discount. The lady that take care of me and my husband she is such a sweetheart. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of me and my husband her name is Sharon. She is the nicest person. I hope 1 day she will become a manager at Bob's discount. Had a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend bobs in union. My expert Evelio didn't rush us, he didn't pressure us in buying something expensive. He answered all our questions and was very helpful.

My Salesman was Carlos Trujillo, he took his time with me. I told him my budget and he did not go over a penny of it. I wish more salesmen were as amazing as he was to me. I will highly recommend Bob's furniture, but only if Carlos is the Salesman.

He was very attentive to my needs for what I was looking for & the budget I had. he showed me around until I found the one I liked. I am very happy with the service & the purchase. From the moment we stepped into Bobs, we were greeted and assisted. Steven was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful! He helped us choose the right couch that would work for our small living space. We are definitely going to recommend this location and well as shop here for ourselves again!

Hank was wonderfully patient. He gave me just enough room to look at my options. That day there was a face painter and he invited me and my kids to sit and have their faces painted while we went over financing options. It was a great experience. I love the quality and durability of the furniture.

I ordered two bedroom sets online with ease and a sectional for my new apartment in person. Aisha and Tyler were great sales reps. I didn't feel uncomfortable, I felt valued and I was determined to make a purchase yesterday. I'm happy with the service and thank Aisha for her interior decorating vision.

Carlos is the bomb! We all know going furniture shopping is not as fun as we would like it to be. It’s expensive & you have to deal with hungry salesmen. But Carlos gave us no pressure service. He was knowledgeable & easy going. When you first get to the top of the escalator you’ll see all the salesmen sitting there just waiting. He greeted us, gave us a quick store tour, pointing to where every category was located & let us be. When we had questions he was close by to answer. But didn’t make it feel like he was hovering or following us around. We even left, went somewhere else & ended up going back to Bobs. They have multiple financing options & the quality of furniture & service is truly great. They also have decent pricing compared to other big name furniture stores. If you’re in the market for some furniture go to Bobs & ask for Carlos!

There was a wide variety of furniture types available for us to look at and sit on. Our sales person, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us as we were deciding on which couch would work best for us. Would highly recommend Bob's

Sergio was extremely courteous and professional. He did not hound me. He was available to answer my questions, made some recommendations and allowed me space to look around before I made my purchases.
