I had the experience to get a facial with Tay and my service was excellent. I really enjoy my experience at Waxaway Spa in Union.All of the technician are personable and on time.

Wow, amazing service! Everyone was very kind. Kim made me feel comfortable and right at home. the service itself was quick. I also have incredibly sensitive skin so I always get some kind of reaction after wax. This wax did not give me any reaction at all. Which never happens for me. I was really happy with that. I will recommend everyone to waxaway.

I totally forgot to ask the lady her name but she was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable since I’m 9 months pregnant. We had a great conversation the entire time. The suite is very clean and smells great 🥰 I will definitely be coming back.

They created one of the most wonderful customer experiences I’ve ever had with any service or business! Very attentive, professional, super kind, informative and created a lovely, calming safe space that made me feel beyond welcomed! First time experience and it was a pleasure working with Desiree. I’m pregnant and she really made me feel comfortable. She did an awesome job. She is definitely a people person. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming.

I love Waxaway Spa! Kim is professional, friendly and really does help make the appointments as comfortable as they can be and I look forward to my appointments. I can tell she loves her clients and her business. I would rather give Waxaway my time and money than a mega franchises like EWC. My experience here was amazing. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. Before coming here I never had anything done to my eyebrows. I wanted one service but after discussing my end goals she was able to recommend what I needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Kim is the absolute best. I found her by way of Groupon and ended up sticking with her after all my sessions were used up. Her place is super clean, super cute! The bonus is she engages you in seamless conversation and by the time you know it your Brazilian is over! Lastly, she has great prices for her very professional services. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. 5 stars across the board!

The customer service here is impeccable.. she's so welcoming, making her customers feel as comfortable as ever.. Kim is very friendly and down to earth, always making you feel as if you're home like she's known you for years.. her services and prompt and official., period! whether you're getting your eyebrows done or waxing, which comes out so smooth and soft like a baby's bottom.As soon as u walk in, you can smell the fresh and cleanliness in the air.. ❤ it..See your silhouette in every step from floors being so clean. I salute her every moment I get for holding it down strongly, being so generous and sweet to her customers and staff.. having such an old soul. Her eyebrow tenting is EVERYTHING; that's all u need is your lip gloss after she leave ya eyebrows on FLEEK lasting 2 weeks or more if you take care of them properly.. been loyal to her business since she's been opened, she's indeed my go-to for that smoove wax or BOMB EYEBROWS.. Once you try, I promise you'll never go wrong!!

This is my favorite waxing place & now my only go-to. It’s Black Owned, clean, cozy with beautiful decor. The staff is so friendly and professional. I get text alerts, email communication and they even have a rewards program. I go for the excellent waxing services but their site offers a bunch more. Wax Away Spa is just an all around good vibe!

Kim does an excellent job and she is very gentle. We hold the best conversations which helps the waxing go by quicker. The facility is very clean and welcoming.

I have been here a few times and truly enjoy my appointments each time. Des is amazing and makes you feel at ease during the waxing. The place is clean and welcoming. It's easy to find on the street parking. I have and will continue to refer others here.

Clean, professional, did I mention clean? I mean both the studio and your wax is clean! Highly recommended ladies prices are reasonable and the customer service is wonderful! I switched waxers and came here based off reviews and you ladies were spot on :) I booked for other services and will be back I love my new waxer, get right year round not just for vacation

Place was quaint n clean. Allow me time to undress in privacy unlike other places I've been to. Kim is very professional and shows concern throughout my waxing experience n even offered something to drink.
