I was amazed by the service I got, a very nice lady named Yudelka helped me out she was amazing and very professional. I am a very picky person and it was my first time purchasing anything that has to do with furniture by myself she made the purchasing experience go by so easy, and made sure I could get it delivered to me the next day. I usually have to think before I purchase something but today I made my purchase on site.

Yudelka has given my family and I the best furniture buying experience ever. We went into the store looking for a bedroom set and she made sure that we not only had the set but also found one in stock for same day delivery. The set was delivery within a couple of hours and we are completely satisfied. From now on we will always go to Pitusa and ask for Yudelka for anything needed for the house. Thank you thank you so much for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Pitusa Furniture in Elizabeth, NJ and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The store's impressive selection of furniture was not only visually appealing but also of exceptional quality. The staff members were knowledgeable, approachable; Yudelka Frederique, my agent, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pieces for my home. She was the best! The prices are awesome and they also have the best finance options. I was also super happy with the delivery service. The delivery guys were prompt, very respectful and careful with my floors, walls and did an awesome work assembling the furniture. If you have to shop for good and very affordable furniture, Pitusa Furniture is definitely the place to go.

I bought furniture here with Paula, she was very thorough and did a great job showing me all of the different furniture options in the store. To say the least walked out very happy with the customer service. And later very pleased with the movers she set up for me.

I don't give reviews often, but I had to share the wonderful experience I had at Pitusa Furniture Store. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Yudelka, which she wore throughout the process she spent walking me through not only items on the sales floor, but items in books, online, and with outside store contacts. I am very specific with a distinct taste for what I want and like, but Yudelka saw that immediately and was incredibly patient. The best part is, I never felt rushed or forced. The store sells quality furniture at a very cost friendly price point. However, the icing on the cake for me was the fast delivery and the amazing delivery guys Darwin, Elias, and Juan. They are truly terrific! They go above and beyond, and they obviously care about their jobs and ensuring that the customer is happy. I walked into the store intending to buy only my living room sectional, but after the spectacular service I received, I ordered almost all of the furniture I needed for my new home. As I mentioned, I rarely give reviews, but I felt the need to after the unbelievable service I received from beginning to end. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Oh, and did I mention that they have parking right in the back of the store? Very convenient! Thank you to the entire staff at Pitusa for your exemplary service. You've helped in making my moving process smooth and stress-free. You ROCK!!!

I have always been very happy with The furniture I had bought at Petusa's furniture store and plan on buying more. In another 2 months my bill will be completely paid and I plan on buying a completely new bedroom set for myself Yolanda and Lisa are the best.

Pitusa is awesome everything came on time the store associates were very welcoming and the sales manager really worked with me in getting what I wanted. Delivery guys very respectful and really quick putting furniture together. Yes I would recommend Pitusa and also will be going back for further purchases.

We bought a sofa love seat that reclines and we were more than satisfied with the final product. It took a week to come but with the whole covid 19 thing its totally understandable and definitely faster than any other place we could've ordered from. Delivery men came on a Saturday morning and were fast in assembly and very courteous to our downstairs neighbors with the noise. We're very happy with the new addition to our home.
