The Roselle NJ CARSTAR location team restored my car to factory condition. The repairs were perfect, and the interior and exterior were thoroughly cleaned. The team was very professional and courteous. They kept to their completion timeline and informed me via calls and email. Only surprise was how good the car looked.

So the guys at car star, are nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgeable, and professional. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my tesla with this team of extraordinary gentlemen. My car was delivered to me at least 4 days before the projected deadline, super clean and well detailed, which was great. I’d definitely recommend this team to anyone who’s looking for superb service

I appreciate how professional, courteous, and compassionate everyone was. I was asked more than once if I was ok after my accident. I really appreciate that. And the communication with me about any updates was also great. I liked that everything was fully explained to me about what they found and what they did to fix my car. Last, but not least, my car was returned to me in beautiful condition. It looked like new on the inside and the outside. I absolutely recommend CARSTAR!!!

First and foremost I am a little sad that I can give only 5 🌟 to CARSTAR😊. They are exceptional in their work. Time I reached them back in December to the time I picked my car today each and every step is very smooth.

I heard so many stories regarding a tesla repair that it will take months to complete but these guys took hardly 3 weeks and always provided me with up to date status. When I looked my car after repair it looks like a brand new car that came out of showroom.

This place is THE BEST! Dean will take care of you and provide you with consistent updates. Your car will come back looking brand new (impeccable work and they wash and detail it, too)! CARSTAR has now saved me twice and I will never take my Audi anywhere else.

Dean was amazing and the whole team was fantastic end to end. We had consistent updates, they fast tracked the work when they heard we had already rented a car so that we could reduce our insurance expense. Our Subaru looked good as new, they even detailed it for us! Great service, they’ll get all our cars from now on!

Pretty great service and swift as well they even call the car rental company to come pick u up. Got my car back in less than two weeks. Not sure if its to be expected but they also went the extra mile and detailed my car in and out after repairs. That baby was looking fresh!

Carstar replaces my doors after a hit and run and they were amazing. They got original parts and they had everything done in less than a week. They were professional and had the car cleaned after they finished. Absolutely no complaints. They were communicative, professional, and fast. Car looks better than before.

I want to start of by saying thank you to CARSTAR. They did such an amazing job on my accord. From the moment I walked in to bring my car, I was kindly greeted by Dean. He broke everything down, explained what was going to be done, I was being updated throughout the whole process. With the damages my car had they told me it was going to be a lengthy process, knowing the holidays are right around the corner I expected it. However, Dean let me know that he would try to get it before Christmas and he did! In love with the final results, looks like it came right off the lot! Amazing work and amazing customer service. Jorge and his team at CarStar went above and beyond to help me out and take care of my car. The Insurance company didn't include all the necessary repairs in their first work order but Jorge and his crew wasted no time in contacting State Farm to sort things out and get my car back in the shop. Their repairs were top tier and I appreciate how communicative they were throughout the whole process. All told, I'm thankful for the work they did!

I had a great experience with CarStar. I was a little skeptical of the original insurance estimate and even the adjuster told me to get a second opinion in person due to the nature of the accident. Being new to the area I really didn’t know where to go. Thankfully called CarStar and spoke with Dean C. Who quickly proved to be an expert in their field of work.

I want to say it loud and clear- THANKS DEAN! For not only taking care of this as seamlessly as I could imagine, but also giving me a very realistic timeline of when to expect work completion. When we found some more things that in addition to original estimate needed attention (from same accident) the team handled it quickly and easily. Dean must have left me a voicemail every if not every other day just to let me know all the updates always followed up with detailed email.

Even the dude sitting behind Dean also seemed great - didn’t get their name though as I was working with Dean. These guys advised me of best insurance companies they have worked with in NJ and lots of other great advice I appreciated.

Cherry on top I receive a call from Dean last Friday telling me trucks finished (earlier than I expected) and I could get it next day. Upon pickup I find out Dean just hand washed my entire truck inside and out- looks great now, it was fairly dirty previously too. So, all around, very pleased, I paid my deductible and let the CarStar team handle the rest- not that I have done it many times but in my opinion- this is how an insurance claim should work.

They are first rate deserves more than 5 stars. I worked with Dean and it was such a pleasure. He kept me updated every step of the way. No excuses at all. Car was ready fast and before it was promised. I would recommend them to everyone if you need a body shop.
