Taco Bell

I've always had a great experience here. Workers are fast and dare I say friendly. They haven't screwed up any of my orders yet which frankly puts them in the upper echelon of fast food in St. Louis in my book. My last order even included a note with a phone number saying to call if they got anything wrong with the order - that's a really nice touch.

Easily the best Taco Bell in the STL area and its not close. The staff work very hard and are nice. The food is always warm, high quality, and well-portioned. I often add several modifications and they always get it right. Furthermore, and this is huge for me, their dining room is always open during daytime hours unlike most locations in the area! I always order on the app for in-store pickup so my food is ready when I get there and I can avoid a line. It is so incredibly annoying to order online and show up to a different location only to walk up to a locked door and then wait in a drive thru line forever for my food that is sitting inside getting cold - never have that problem here - highly highly recommend.

Literally, perfect. Tracy is awesome for caring if the customers are satisfied. Your staff made zero mistakes. My little boy said, "Yum!" 🌞🎉🥇

Every time I come here, I get cheerful service. It's also one of the few fast food places in my area that get my order right consistently.

I think most of us can agree most taco bells have bad service often but I've been here a few times now and the folks are nice, my food is nicely packaged and my orders are right.

Food was good was very busy that night and still got my food in a reasonable amount of time

They always take care of me and make sire I'm good .

This Taco Bell has came a long way.
Years ago, it had a awful staff.
Now, there's a really customer friendly group of people working there.
The food was as good as the customer service.
It's nice to have a Taco Bell you can still physically walk into and place a order.

Fast, no issues, food was ready minutes after my mobile order. The lobby was open for pickup which is nice because the drive thru is a bit small for a full size truck.

I don't do taco bell very often anymore because I've had bad experiences, but this one surprised me, especially in the neighborhood it's in. It's was really good

Had a taste for Taco Bell's tacos. It's a very rare and inexpensive treat for me. The place was very clean and the service was exemplary! Latasha, the young lady at the counter, was quick, knowledgeable and most efficient. Since the pandemic, I've not had great experiences at fast food restaurants, but this was a most notable exception!

My Husband and I have eaten here many times. We live in the neighborhood. The staff is always patient and courteous. My husband always personalizes his order to death, on several different items.
They always make sure to repeat the order back making sure every item is correct

Went through drive thru, the employee taking my order was very courteous. I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande meal and was curious about the frozen drink they now offer and she explained what they were. I couldn't decide which flavor, so I let her pick for me and it was delicious. My food was good. I would definitely be back based on customer service alone.

It's TacoBell...in the hood. This one does a great job as far as food preparation and customer service once you get inside. But that's the trick, get inside and order yo' food...then peep out the window for a time to shake. Timing is everything! Extra points for avoiding panhandler obstacles around every corner!

This guy rocked. He got us exactly what we ordered even tho y'all need to hook him up with better headsets like the ones at the other location that haven't barely been used yet so he can hear cuz he's trying to make some money and feed some folks. We got the Baja blast though and we thank u for it. Little things mean a lot especially when your kid has Cancer & all they can do is drink you appreciate being able to put a smile on their face. ✌

Visited 05/16 around 8pm. The lady working the drive thru was so friendly and loved how kind she was. Wish I would’ve got her name to give her the recognition she deserves. Haven’t experienced such great service from a fast food place in a very long time! (P.s. freeze for ghost code) ;)

Their system was down and offered me a free soda for the inconvenience. Then said if I didn't mind waiting for the system to come up I could. So as I waited, one worker came out and asked what I was ordering, I told her and about 5 minutes later they brought out my food free of charge. GREAT way to retain customers...this occurred 8/29/2020 @ 3:40 ( or so).

Zakyra is the best!!! I highly recommend this location.

We came through last night (1/7/22) and got food around 10pm. They were absolutely slammed, and running on a small staff. I just wanted to say yall did a great damn job. I could see your system to keep organized, and appreciated the frequent check ins. I appreciated your kindness, despite clearly overwhelming circumstance. Thank you for all you do, and I hope TBell does more to take care of you, as well as entice more staff of your caliber to join your team. Seriously, can not thank you enough.

This place used to deserve a negative star rating. It was unbelievable. For what seemed months, they would close at random times, leave people waiting until they left, I once saw a chick park her baby behind the counter alone while she went out to smoke.... on duty.... traffic jams and horn honking in the drive thru while they just ignored you completely inside til you finally left. Gave it a shot the other day and it ran like clockwork and the service was awesome and the food was perfect.
