The customer service of everyone working at this location was exemplary! Kay was so patient and provided amazing customer service, the entire team was so helpful and made me feel welcome! Best T-Mobile experience ever! They all have great energy!

Anthony is amazinnggggg! He is everything that the store needs. Polite, patient, attentive, compassionate, yet still professional. The rest of the staff was amazing as well! I recommend any of the employees there. This is the best T-mobile location around.

I made a few mistakes ...but Brittany W just got things to Go Right!

First mistake...not reading all the details on transfer of data and activation of new phone. (Lost that little paper that came with the phone)

Second mistake...not knowing about all the eSIM stuff, etc. (but who has time for all of that?)

Third mistake...going to any store on a Friday night 43 minutes before they close and expecting service (you know you make a mistake when you need help and you show up just before closing, you are definetly going to have to come back on Saturday)

As stated in my list of mistakes...I arrived at this T Mobile location 43 minutes before the store closed...feeling it would be a wasted trip...as I had attempted this phone transfer with an agent over the phone without success...and just figured I would be sent to the customer dungeon for punishment.

I noticed someone notice the despair on my face as I announced I needed assistance.

Brittany W stepped in, simply asked... 'How can I assist you?'

'I cannot get my phone my new phone going...I need some assistance. Here is the old phone, the new phone, a cable that came in the box. When I ordered the phone online they mentioned something about an eSIM card and other stuff, not certain what else you may need from me.

Provided Brittany some details and then I glanced at the clock...the time was now 7.22p

This is where my personal T-Mobile commercial started...and Brittany W went to work!

First Brittany mentioned the benefits of the phsycial SIM card which was transferred from my old phone to the new phone...which then led to the next process of data, app and text history transfer.

Brittany inquired if there was anything else I needed...I responded with Screen Protection!. Brittany and I then had a discussion concerning use, privacy requirements, etc...and then masterfully applied the screen protection to my new phone.

As Brittany placed my now activated and screen protected phone in fron of me...I glanced again at the clock...7.48p.
Brittany stated 'Your screen protection is covered under your protection plan, if it needs to be replaced, the replacement cost will be covered. Brittany than made certain I was ready to wipe and return my old phone by confirming twice.

Done.

Sometime between 7.53p and closing I was out the door...grin on my face...knowing all that was left to be done was leave a quick review...which you are reading now.

I have provided this level of detail in this reccomendation to indicate that although my issues may have been standard for some, as well as my self proclaimed mistakes at the start of this review, the level of service and expertise that I was provided was no less than EXCELLENT!

Brittany W...Appreciate You!! If your managers asks, please feel free to share my contact details. I know this is an unusual review...but making the unusual the usual should be done more often.
