I was having problems with the website. I called a lady named Maybelle help me out. She was very efficient, very nice, very kind, and even help me with some things that I didn't realize for me to updated. So she was really looking out for your your clients or your customers. I was very impressed

I was looking for a unit with very short notice, and got an immediate response from KO Storage. I got lots of useful information and signing the lease was a quick and easy process. Plus, they have a brand new facility!!
The manager, Mike aka Alaska was great to talk to! :)

Mike is awesome. He is always available for whatever questions I may have regarding the unit or an upgrade. He always seems pleasant and in a good mood and like he cares about his job.

Jessi went above and beyond what expected customer service would be and left quite an impression. It's not often these days that someone goes out of their way to deliver for a complete stranger, but she absolutely did. There's nothing over-the-top spectacular about the units themselves (typical outdoor units, convenient location for me, pretty clean), but excellent customer service will absolutely sway my dollar.
