Edible Arrangements

Just went in for some chocolate covered bananas, unfortunately they were out but the employee was amazing and made me some strawberries and made them quick!

I have to say I was initially so disappointed in the arrangement I sent my grandchildren for Halloween. I called the store and Brianna that took my call personally remade and delivered new fruit and added balloons to my kiddos after her work schedule ended. Danny the manager was so very happy to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy and I would definitely order from them again. She also did explain ( did not make excuses) as to what’s going on with the quality of their product.

Im a marketer for a Home Health company and I had ordered several arrangements from Stephanie at the Farmington location. When they were delivered to my facilities, everyone’s jaws had dropped. Each arrangement was meticulously arranged and looked amazing! Kudos to Stephanie. I will be a returning customer.

Stephanie was so amazing! I was under the gun on my anniversary and she pulled some strings to get me exactly what I needed in a very short amount of time!!! I love this place!!!!

I wanted to get my boss something special for boss's day so I called Edible Arrangements. I recently used them to send fruit trays and arrangements to my grandchildren in Burlington, VT and Colorado Springs, CO for their birthdays, who, by the way, loved the fresh good fruit, cream cheese and cookies. The first delivery was unsuccessful because my boss was not home. The delivery person didn't leave it on the door way but instead took it back and we made arrangements for a second delivery. I am so impressed they were thoughtful enough to take the delivery back so the arrangement was not susceptible to going bad or being eaten by someone or something else. The second delivery address had to be changed at the last minute and the store in Farmington, UT made the address change while the arrangement was already out for delivery. Again, I was so impressed to know there are people who go out of their way to help total strangers.
In the words of my boss who was so surprised, "I really loved the arrangement! The fruit was really fresh and sweet, especially the pineapple which was perfect! The perfect size and great customer service that they were able to change the delivery so last minute!"
Both my boss and I highly recommend Edible Arrangement.

We ordered an arrangement while out of town and the Farmington store took great care of us. Even with a mixup on recipient addresses, the store worked with us to fix the mistake get our gift headed to the right location the next day. Will order again!

Ordered for my inlaws in another state. So easy to order. Delivery was on time. She just let me know they received their delivery and they are so excited. Just loved it! She said we are having our desert before dinner. Delicious!

I had a situation at work where I needed to thank a coworker for her above-and-beyond efforts without going too far or making too big a splash. An Edible Arrangement was the perfect solution to my dilemma. It was delivered to the right person, on time, and with the information that I included. I appreciate the swift, smooth, and professional service I got from this Edible Arrangements location and will certainly use their services again.

It seems like most of the negative reviews have to do with delivery issues. I just picked mine up in the store. It was beautiful and delicious!

I decided to send my Mother an edible arraignment for her birthday. She said that that was the most delicious present she had ever received. It arrived on the designated day and the note I sent for the driver was to call her before he delivered the arraignment so she could be home. Mom is always on the go...!

I will revise my review of edible arrangements. I received an email asking me to review my experience. The order arrived about 35 minutes after I had received the request to write a review. When I received the order it was just as it is from edible arrangements, it was incredible

They are the best and the fruit is so sweet! We have come to this location for years and really appreciate their amazing customer service.

My experience was top-notch and I am SO GRATEFUL! I called to order vs. doing it online because I had waited (forgotten) to do so until noon. I spoke with Shilo, who told me it would be no problem to have it delivered same-day. I wanted to personalize my gift with a couple of extra items which was accommodated, again, with no problem. The pricing really allowed me to send a very nice
(and DELICIOUS!) gift. The bouquet was delivered to the birthday girl AS PROMISED. She LOVED it, and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED! I HIGHLY recommend ordering from here, and am POSITIVE that you and your loved one won't be disappointed!

Awesome customer service! The manager and staff were wonderful and very nice. They offered free samples while we waited and the dipped strawberries were delicious! Our arrangement was customized exactly how we wanted it. Definitely will use them again as a great option for flowers. Very fun!

I ordered multiple items to be delivered to multiple locations and I received nothing but praise regarding the quality of the products. They were all delivered on time and if there were ANY issues, they contacted me to clarify or correct. Wonderful experience and will order again. A quality product.

Despite the reviews, GIVE THEM A CHANCE! New Management. I was very hesitant to order from this store after reading the reviews. I decided to call and decide for myself. I spoke with Kristen, and told her I have read the reviews and was concerned. Guess what y'all, new management! She said she and the other co-owner are doing everything they can to turn around the reputation after taking over 2 months ago. I had nothing but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and my product was delivered exactly when I asked. They even delivered to Pleasant View, which isn't close to their store. I ordered at 11:30 last Thursday and it was delivered that afternoon before my sister's 50th birthday.

I believe in giving new ownership a chance. Before you decide to pass on this store, give them a chance. Call them. I could tell she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I was ordering, she gave me the coupon code from their website and saved me $20 and delivered my bouquet even a half hour earlier than I thought possible.

Thank you and I will be ordering again, for sure!

*UPDATE:

This morning I called to follow up in regards to the situation below. I asked to speak to the Supervisor directly. I spoke with her and explained the situation, I have one other delivery that I placed for my Husband’s Father that should be getting delivered today. I placed both these orders at the same time but because we were so upset with the outcome of the delivery for my Dad, I wanted to call and ensure my Husband’s Dad would have his delivered properly.

I have to say that it truly impressed me. She confirmed the delivery happened after 10pm and she agreed that this should have never happened. She wants to refund the entire amount for my Dad’s strawberry arrangement and send out a new, fresh batch today with cold packs.

I truly have to say that I didn’t expect this. I told her the same, she doesn’t need to do all this. I wanted to make her aware of what happened so that the process can be improved because I was lucky enough to have read my email before bed and still get my strawberries in the refrigerator so that they were okay, but I don’t want someone else to go through something like this and of course I wanted to make sure my Husband’s Dad got his delivery today.

I give a 5 star because what I appreciated more than anything else, is that she was sorry and agreed that this should have never happened. I appreciate that.

I will not be ordering from the Farmington, UT location again.

I placed a “Create your own box” order one month prior of 12 chocolate dipped strawberries with various toppings (mini chocolate chips, hazelnut, etc.) for my Dad for Father’s Day. It was meant to arrive today (a day prior to Father’s Day). I called at 9am to find out what time I can expect the delivery because it was a surprise from my Husband and I and we both wanted to make sure we were available around the time it was meant to be delivered. The lady stated that 5pm is the latest it could arrive.

5pm came and went, no delivery.

I called at 5:10pm and sure enough, no answer because they are closed.

It gets better..

Now, I’m upset because my Dad is an Owner Operator (Truck Driver) and his schedule is very inconsistent. This was something special that my Husband and I wanted to do for him.

It’s 10:09pm, I’m in bed and I receive an email from, long behold, Edible Arrangements. They have delivered my strawberries. I wanted to paste a photo of the time stamp of the email but it doesn’t give me that option.

I walk outside and there they are, in a box just waiting to melt on the concrete until morning and my Dad, he’s asleep in the bedroom.

Thank you Farmington location, for totally messing this up for me.

I usually read reviews before I even go anywhere but this time I placed my order before reading the reviews. After I read them I started getting a little nervous because almost all of the reviews on this place were bad. However I decided to give this place a chance and hopefully everything turned out okay. I'm so glad that I didn't cancel my order! I placed my order around 10AM on a Friday to be delivered that same day. I received notification in my email saying that my order was out for delivery. I kept checking throughout the day but the status kept saying out for delivery. I was having this package delivered to a friend's work. He's a mechanic at jiffy lube and they close at 6PM. Around 4PM I decided to call them and figure out what was going on. The girl who answered the phone was super friendly and she told me that she would text the driver to see where she was. About 2 minutes later she got back on the phone and told me that it should be delivered within the hour. She also told me that if the driver did not get there in time she would have the driver deliver the package to my friend's house. The driver arrived right before they closed! Later I received a phone call from my friend saying that he loved the fruits! I got him the bananas, apples, and strawberries box. He said that they were delicious. I'm definitely ordering from here again! Give this place another chance! You won't regret it!
