Bistro 1051

Delectable food!! The bread was amazing and served with a great oil and balsamic dipping tray as well as butter. The kobe beef skewers were delicious. Both the scallops with lobster risotto and the burrata ravioli with pesto were worth the wait. So good!! Will definitely be back again.

I love many different restaurants throughout New Jersey and Staten Island. If I had to pick one favorite, it would be bistro 1051. I can give you many reasons but I'll give you this example. Today, for super bowl Sunday I ordered a sushi and sashimi platter to bring to a party. So that means that I drove from my home in Staten Island to Clark, while I waited for the order, I had lunch, and I am bringing the platter to a party out on Long Island. Between Clark and Long Island and I'm sure there are many sushi/restaurant places, but none better than bistro 1051! Pictured is my veal milanese lunch. 😋

Best of the best mike is the best if you’re in need of a venue check out 1051 in Clark. Food is great and service is great. Very accommodating definitely will be back in the future. Keep up the great work Mike.

Love this place misses and I have been here several times food service always on point !!!!! We was there earlier tonight and they was taking a little long to assist is so we decided to get up and leave the owner Mike saw that and followed us out side asking what’s wrong he was very apologizing and offer to treat us to dessert appetizer and gave us two glasses of wine 🍷 and a 25 dollar gift card ! I love his hustle ! I was really moved by that !!!!! He didn’t have to do all that he made us feel like everyone counts to him and I love that he is a great business man and a great guy thanks again Mike 🙏😊

Bistro 1051 was the perfect choice for our catering needs. We were searching for a company to cater a casino themed 50th birthday party and from the minute we spoke to them, we knew they were the ones. The were super easy to work and were on top of every detail. The food was absolutely perfect. The owner was fully engaged from the beginning. He assisted with the food selection, the amount of food needed and even gave recommendations for companies to assist with other aspects of the event. All of the guests were complimenting the food and we could not have been happier!!! There is nobody else you want to use, you will not be disappointed!!!

We had our dad's retirement dinner here and everything was great. We had our event in the south room. It is small but it's cozy. It was just enough space for the size and amount of people that we had. The food was great and plentiful. We were honestly full from the appetizers alone. The staff that hosted our party were very pleasant and very helpful. They definitely went out of their way to make our event run very smoothly. Everyone said the food was just great and they really enjoyed the evening. It is BYOB so you can bring your own alcohol. I already started buying my own before I realized there is a liquor store right in the complex that can actually deliver your liquor for you. So keep that in mind. Also they have Bluetooth speakers so you can just hook up your iPad or phone to play your music. Definitely will keep them in mind for any events in the future.

I'm usually skeptical of places that try to do a lot of different things, but we really enjoyed our dinner with friends at bistro 1051. We all ordered hot entrees, the portions were generous and the meal was delicious. Everyone took home the leftovers. In addition, the service was great, friendly, and fast, but we were not rushed out.

The food was great. I love the presentation of the steak. I’m glad I chose this restaurant to go to for New Year’s Eve to start the year right. Wait was just a tad bit long but understandable. My favorite is the sushi nicely and deliciously made by the sushi chef.

We had our company holiday party there and it was wonderful. The food was savory and plenty. Our waiter Gilson was amazing. He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to host a small gathering give them a call.

Glad we went early! Got quite crowded, which is a great sign! Lots of locals, another great sign considering many offerings in the area ....extensive menu, wish they had liquor license...crab soup and pear salad outstanding!!...salmon and veal ava lovely...will be back

Great restaurant! I really enjoyed the food. I ordered the steak on a stone and it tasted great! The presentation of the meal was interesting. The staff was also friendly and the service was terrific. The prices are a little high, but what you get is well worth the price. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had our parents' B-day dinner here. The food was delicious. We got multiple apps, There take on tuna tartare was wonderful. The star was the the octopus specifically the sauce. We went through 2 orders of bread just dipping in it. Bread by the way we all raved about.
I had the scallops with lobster risotto.
The rest of us was a mix of fish and meats.
Everyone enjoyed the food.
It's BYOB which we liked, plus they let us bring our own home made wine. Most places dont. When I called to ask, I think they were more happy to tell me yes then I was to here it.

I had my mother's 90th Surprise Birthday party (2/26) at Bistro 1051. Everything exceeded my expectations. The food was never ending and simply out of this world. The staff...could not be friendlier or harder working. It was a magical evening. Michael was constantly checking on us making sure everything was perfect. It was. My mom had a great time. Everyone one of my guests kept raving about the food. I could go on and on...but I know where my next event, and every event in the future will be held. Bistro 1051....if you are going out to eat....its an amazing experience. If your looking to have a party, it is an equally amazing if not better experience. Michael and his crew are top notch.

We are frequent patrons, dining in the restaurant, catering and using their banquet party room. The service is always friendly and very attentive. The menu is diverse, making a final decision for dinner difficult since everything is so delicious! Michael, the owner, is professional, friendly and accomodating. He always makes an effort to talk to as many people as possible about their experience. Top it all off with the fact that it is a BYOB, which adds extra value IMO. We NEVER hesitate to recommend and suggest Bistro 1051.

The owner was so friendly and kind. The waitress was so knowledgeable and the food was to die for!

We had our son’s 1st birthday in their private room this past weekend and we can’t say enough great things! The amount of food served family style was over the top and all so good!! The service was also incredible. We were so happy!

We had my daughter’s luncheon here after her baptism this past Sunday. There was SO much food and all of it was delicious! All of our guests raved about it. They couldn’t believe there was still more food after all of the appetizers. The penne vodka was the best I’ve ever had.

Continuous solid experience; top notch staff; food is consistently fantastic... fresh sushi rolls , best lobster ravioli, & Parmesan crusted pork chop is always a winner here. Our favorite BYO.
