Addis Ababa Restaurant

I went here with my dad after a friend suggested it to us. Our server was very nice and even gave us a suggestion for their special. It had beef, chicken, and lamb and came with 4 vegetarian sides. We got green beans, potato stew, lentils, and cabbage. That dish was only $30 and we had plenty of leftovers! We also ordered the Sambusa appetizer that was to die for. I highly recommend this place and will be coming again.

Never fails to satisfy cravings for Ethiopian food. The best comfort food. We always get the Addis Special, but if craving something on the side, the lentil samosa is great!

Really awesome find!! The food was fantastic, the kitfo was superb, Shiro wet a big hit, and the spice level was perfect (we asked for spicy and got spicy :) The vibe was super nice, chill music, the people were super friendly and welcoming, on the finer side of casual, light and airy atmosphere with cool decor. 11/10 recommend.

Absolutely fantastic food in generous portions. The owner made sure we had a lovely time and even brought out a traditional Ethiopian stringed instrument and played a few measures for us. There is a sign that says they offer a vegetarian buffet during the week. No I am a huge fan of Ethiopian food and my only regret is that I’m just passing through and will only have one more chance to eat there again before we leave.

Our family enjoyed a delicious, authentic Ethiopian meal. The food came quickly. The server, DJ, was super friendly and welcoming. The prices are fair. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Delicious food! My first time trying Ethiopian and it was fantastic. Several delicious options and incredibly filling. My wife got 2 meals from hers. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Injera was so cool to eat with and had a fluffy fantastic taste.

All the dishes were so delicious. Enough heat to mean it, but not so much my eyes watered. I love Ethiopian coffee and this was perfect. Thank you, Chef for a great night and your kind hospitality.

I'm so mad at myself for not going there much sooner. The food was so delicious. The staff was very friendly that I feel belonged. The photo I took is Addis Special. Perfect for two or three people. I'll definitely be back!!

Update: the service and food are still top-notch. This actually was my third visit since my original post. My friends I bought kept saying this place had the best flavor food and the warmest welcome. You won't be disappointed.

I've never had Ethiopian food before so this was my first introduction. It was absolutely amazing. They roast their coffee right there. Add a dash of cinnamon to it for some extra good flavor. I haven't had the $15 coffee ceremony, but I intend to. The food itself was second to none. Meat was very tender, spiced to perfection.

Amazing food and wonderful Chef and FOH! My husband and I had the Addis Special and our friends had a Chicken dish with a Veggie Platter. Everything was beautifully flavored and paired with special bread. We also tried the Ethiopian coffee which was dark and rich, My friend enjoyed her Spiced Tea. The spices helped my circulation and were the first thing that helped me feel warmth in my fingers and toes this season!

Warm environment, colorful decoration, and delicious food. Meals are generous portions. I had the lamb with vegetables and it’s was tasty and cooked right. Owners are welcoming and sweet. Will go back. Highly recommended.

Best Ethiopian food I have had in years, the sambusa were spiced perfectly, the staff was friendly, and the quanta firfir was amazing.

Been here many times over the last four years and as confirmed by my visit yesterday, their quality is consistently excellent! The smell wafting from the kitchen as you walk in is incredible, making your mouth water and preparing you for an extremely flavorful banquet. Very friendly staff as well who really make you feel welcome. The lamb I had yesterday was some of the most succulent, juicy, and rich meat I've had in quite some time, cooked to absolute perfection. Every time I come here I get a vegetarian sampler platter as well and yesterday's was fantastic, the collards were phenomenal.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Everything was fantastic!! We got the beef sambusas for our appetizer, and they were to die for! For dinner, we shared the gored gored, the lamb we't, lentil stew, chickpeas, potatoes, and collard greens. We ate ourselves nearly sick because it was all so good, we couldn't stop! Will definitely be back!!

Awesome place for some authentic ethiopian food. The sampler is a great dish to share and try a ton of different foods.

The seasoning of the food is exceptional! There is something for everyone’s palate. A very welcoming and warm atmosphere and I loved the artwork!! A must try for anyone who loves good food. The collard greens are savory and delicious!

The service was lovely as well as as the food planning ongoing back may the fifth for their Easter celebration.

First Ethiopian Food Experience - Yum! We got their platter special with chicken, lamb, beef, egg, and a few veggies. This was easily enough for 3-4 and we shared it between the two of us for lunch and dinner that day. It was a great way to get to try all the flavors and it was delicious. The chicken (Ethiopian bbq sauce) was my favorite, amazing flavor!

What they lack in ambiance they make up for by providing exceptional service and absolutely delicious food! Vegan options were amazing!

A flavorful platter definitely enough for 2 people. There were more curries but ran out of injera, otherwise enough for 3 people. We had takeout and it was easier because they have a separate pickup window.
