I was able to get into see Courtney Ashburn, CNP as a new patient very quickly. I appreciated the easiness of being able to do all of the registration paperwork online without even having to print things off. It was so nice to be able to walk into the office and not have to worry completing loads of paperwork before you get called back. I did not have to wait long at all once I arrived before I was called back to the exam room. I felt both Courtney and her nurse were very personable. Courtney instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured as I could tell she had reviewed my medical history prior to walking in due to comments she made and questions she asked. She made sure I had any refills I may need since I was switching from a different practice. Most importantly, I had an issue I had been concerned about and she is the first healthcare professional that took me seriously about it, as she made the appropriate referral. I am excited to keep working with her!

Been seeing Dr Sarihan for a few years now. Great bedside manner and seems to actually care. Front desk has always fit me in for emergency’s.

I’ve been with this office for 15 years and absolutely adore everyone who works there! The staff is amazing and the doctors always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sarihan and his nurses. What a blessing they have been to our family. They are the best!

Everyone here treats you in a professional manner and Dr . Sarihan really cares for his patients and their families.

First visit to new office great visit thumbs up.

They do not refills scripts that you’ve taken for years without an office visit so they can get that money, so I have stopped taking the meds, can’t afford to pay for an office call and my meds.

This place has gone completely downhill since Dr. Wilson practiced here. I’ve been a patient through the numerous doctor changes they seem to have. Always rescheduling my appointments on me last minute, can never get someone to send in the right prescription to the right place for me, that’s if they even answer the phone. I understand things come up, but don’t expect me to be okay with rescheduling my appointments last minute if I get charged because something in my life comes up and I need to reschedule! This place is a JOKE.

Called to ask when would be the next available appointment for new patients and they hung up on me. That type of business I’ll go somewhere else.

They are impossible to get ahold of, you leave messages and they never return them. They scheduled a virtual appointment (which our insurance covers) BUT the doctor couldn't get the video to work on his end and instead called instead of doing video. Our insurance wouldn't cover a phone call and the office stated not their problem and billed us out of pocket for the phone call (NOTHING was told to us when the doctor called because HE couldn't get the video to work on HIS end). They do NOT send out a bill, instead a letter that states your family will no longer be seen due to a balance 30 days from the date on the letter AND apparently a spouse cannot pay on the account.......we followed our doctor when he switched to this practice and are regretting it!

Receptionist (younger girl) at the front left window is beyond rude and obviously hates her job. No need to take it out on the patients. It’s the patients that come through the door that keeps this office in business

Attempted to talk to Dr. Sarihan in reference to guidance with my mother’s declining health condition and staff wouldn’t let us keep an appointment we had already made just for advice on a course of action.

It appears this practice is more concerned with insurance and money rather that health and safety. Our whole family used this practice. I would urge anyone thinking of using this practice to explore other options.

Called to see if they were taking new patients because I moved and my doctor was leaving. Was told maybe they would take me only after I filled out paperwork and they checked my insurance and the doctor signed off to take me. What a joke of a practice my doctor is in the same hospital network but they still wanted me to jump through their hoops.

Place has went downhill since doc smith passed away the manager that runs the office is super rude and very unprofessional think we will be finding a new doctors office
