I missed my packahe and it was delivered to this location as a pick up location. I forgot about it and weeks later the mail lady hand delivered it to my door. Said she left a yellow note but wanted to make sure i received it. Thank you mail lady!

Very nice people and the lines went quick. I come here 3 x a week and love every time. You rock PO. !!

Small place but gets the job done. It can get busy around lunch.

So-so service with definitely no smile. Long lines at times with only one employee taking care of customers. Probably could have given 2 stars.

Staff is nice, but slow.

This location was randomly closed today at 2:45pm with a scratchy handwriting note taped to the metal bars that said "out to lunch, back at 4:10pm". Just came again (12/6/23) another out to lunch sign, this time until 4pm. Big line...It's hard to rely on this location, they really need more staff it seems.

I always leaving upset. As nice as the person who serviced me is nice, the time it took me to get to him is redicilous. One open window to service customers when 14 people waiting. I guess it make sense in the eyes of USP.

Long line and only one counter open. The Asian woman who served us seems as though she hates her job and hates us. If you are going to deal with the public you better learn how to smile and be polite.

She is nasty, only reason why i go there is because is close to home...

I’d give zero if possible. Employee was completely unable to process a simple change of address. Thank goodness she rudely directed me to the Fisher St. Post office to find a manager.

The customer service on Saturday was extremely bad. One of customers asked the employee “what time do you close?” She answered why you asked that question. The customer has questions to ask the employee at the post office. Only one staff was there to answer the question. Basically I don’t want to go this post office again after the staff responded to the customer. If it is possible, I would give Zero.

I got there at 4:55p. The metal grate was already down and front door locked. No one in sight, so they closed well before their 5P posted closing time. The reviews suggest the service here is awful but the least they could do is actually be there working during the hours we pay them to work. Do better.

3/6/24 at 1:14pm. Unfortunately extremely rude customer assistance, luckily there are other post offices in White Plains a little further away but they treat you like a human.

Why is this office even opened? No one is ever working. There’s always a be right back sigh up instead of someone working behind the counter. If someone is behind the counter she’s too busy on her cell phone to attend to the customers.

The worst of the worst. Employees are comically bad. I always feel like there’s a hidden camera waiting for my reaction to the people that ‘work’ there.

The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Constantly rude employees, they NEVER have any of the priority mail boxes or priority mail labels. Constantly closed for “lunch” Avoid this PO at all costs.

My daughter who is so respectful and sweet , now actually travels to the post office in Valhalla , this one is not even a mile away from us but because of how rude and nasty the workers in this post office are she'd rather go a longer distant , that speaks volumes .Unbelievable and this is one of the reasons that the US post office in general is loosing money . Lack of customer service !!! If that's the case make it automated we can weight our own packages stick a sticker on it put it in a pile for pickup and we would not have to interact with the rudeness.

Went to the post office this morning to try and mail something before work. The hours listed on the building and online all state 8:30am as the opening time. Had to leave at 8:40 to go to work and the building was still not open. There were 2 other individuals waiting with me that also ended up leaving because the building was not opening. I would not recommend going to this office in the morning because every time I try to go between 8:30-8:40am they are not open. If the office doesn’t open until 9am that’s fine but please list that instead. It’s very frustrating to continue to have this issue especially because many people are trying to make a trip around our work schedules.
