Great selection, very helpful employees, very knowledgeable employees. I went in told them what I was looking for, told them what I liked, they asked me some more questions. Getting into different flavors of cigars. different types of smokes, what I've smoked before. What I liked, And made some really good suggestions, actually, one of the suggestions is probably one of my new favorites. Again, very helpful, very knowledgeable, nice guys. Huge selection of cigars.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff is always ready to lend a hand and make recommendations. They also have a great selection of accessories such as lighters and cutters, travel cases, and pipe tobacco as well.

It's absolutely amazing the selection he has in this small shop. There is a better cigar selection here than in shops 3 times the size. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and online ordering is also 5 stars with super fast shipping!

I'm very new to the whole cigar world. Was told by a friend to find a local store and ask for some beginners recommendations. Walked in and Collin asked what I was looking for and I replied I was looking for some recommendations for a newbie. He was excited and willing to give me all the advice he had, we talked for 5 or 10 minutes and I left with two cigars to try. Extremely pleasant experience and I'm excited to go back. Lucky to have such a nice spot so close to home. Maybe the coolest spot in Springfield. Very clean, laid back environment. Even for other smoke supplies, this place has a much more mature and relaxed feel compared to other smoke shops in town. 10/10

So went in on a recommendation and man I love this place. Customer service is great, the choice of cigars is great, one of the workers said their working on a lounge which that's cool because I could definitely hang out at this place all day .. definitely one of my favorite places along with another place , I hight highly recommend y'all stop by and check them out. And any Ash hole memebrs get a discount.

Fantastic shop with one of the biggest cigar selections I’ve ever seen. They also had a ton of pipes, lighters, cutters, you name it. The staff was super helpful, and the prices are where they should be. I’ll be stopping by any time I’m near Springfield.

stopped in to see greg and what he has to offer and to say I was amazed by the selection they have is an understatement, it's like an infomercial just when you think you've seen all they have but wait there's more they pull more out that's hidden under other boxes and in other cabinets, and their prices are great as well. but I've said enough get your butt in there and get you some fine quality cigars, and they also have a nice selection of vapes and juices. and last but not least the staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Excellent cigar selection, with friendly people for seasoned vets or selective palette and informed staff if you’re new or aren’t sure what you are looking for. Cigar accessories including cutters, lighters, premium butane, ashtrays, humidifier packs and more I’m probably forgetting. Will be back soon.

been here on multiple occasions for different needs. not only was the store very clean, everything is very nicely displayed and easy to navigate. nice to browse if you have to wait a bit. never a long wait and everyone has been very helpful. if i couldn't find the specifics i wanted, they seem to always have something that would still be useful. overall i feel they are very deserving of a 5-star review.

We now know this is the place to go for cigars! Over the past year their selection of cigars has exploded! You can even pick up High quality lighters, cutters travel humidors and humidors. Ask for the owner Greg to get the full service anyone would hope to get in a cigar shop. Collin is another well educated member of the staff that can help you find what your looking for. You are sure find selections to fit any palate.
