I have just switched to State Farm after being with another company for over 10 years. I have to say that Jen Dutcher at State Farm went above and beyond, answered EVERY SINGLE question on the various policies that I needed. Jen even brought to light a couple policies that I didn't realize were available to me. Not only did she treat my husband & I with nothing but respect, kindness and took her time repeating herself when I needed clarification but she also saved us over half the amount of money we were paying to the other company. Jen also brought to our attention that we were not insured properly on some things with the other company and if we were to have an issue we would not get the full amount needed for replacement. I can't thank Jen enough and look forward to working with her in the years to come. Thank you Jen, you're the best !

I am in the process of buying my first home and called several insurance providers to inquire about homeowners insurance. State Farm had by far the cheapest premium, while maintaining all the coverage I need.
I was put in contact with this office to finalize and bind the policy. Christine was beyond helpful in ensuring I understood what coverage I was receiving, and truly helped me find the policy that best fit my needs.
When I called to finalize, Jen was so kind and helpful explaining the process and how my information will then be transferred to my mortgage holder. She helped me find my loan number on the many closing documents and made the overall process such a breeze.
The entire team at this office made this as easy as possible and really made sure I understood, as a first time home owner, what the process would look like.

I highly recommend Jennifer and Christine Jarvis with State Farm. They are fast with every response, they are very thorough, they have always treated us like family , they work very hard to make sure we get the best prices for our cars, homeowners , business insurance, boat and jet ski insurance and umbrella insurance. We have everything combined with them and I never feel like I have to call around for cheaper insurance. Jennifer is always right on top of that and will make sure we are always paying the best price for everything we have. Whenever we have had a homeowners claim or vehicle claim they are so fast to respond and have never given us a hard time about the claim. They have always been fair and made such tragedy’s less stressful. We have had our insurance with them for over 20 years. I like being able to call them and get a real person to speak with and not a computer call or automation. I want to speak to someone right away when I have a problem or issue that needs immediate attention. Whenever I need help with anything I call and it’s taken care of immediately. I honestly can go on and on about them and this office and how I would and have recommended them to everyone. I don’t think you could find a better office and business. If you want to be more than a name or policy number I would recommend you calling them and switching over because you will not be disappointed.

Jen and her boss came out for an event I held at the community I manage. They were amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful in every way. They helped my tenants sign up for renters insurance right on the spot and walked them through every step. They had amazing personality’s and were a great asset to my event. I recommend that all property managers in the area contact them to talk to your tenants.

I have been dealing with State Farm since 1978 while I was in the Navy. I must say that out of all of the offices I have dealt with over the years, this office is the absolute best.
