The office staff and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. They do an amazing job with the up keep of this mobile home park. They are sure to keep the community safe and informed. For all the 1 star reviews, you’re either not following the rules, not paying your rent, or being a complete nuisance. I highly recommend this place over most mobile home parks!

This is a very nice Mobile home park. My daughter moved there close to a year ago. The homes are nice and kept that way. There isn't any trash or junk sitting around outside. They are strict with the animal rules. This is a good thing. The schools are also right around the corner 👍🏼

I have lived here for over 5 years and love it. The office staff and maintenance crew are the best.i would recommend this park to everyone.

I have lived here for ten years, and UMH is great. They have and are weeding out the trash that lived here. It is so close to all stores and hospitals and restaurants. I love my community

They are putting in new singles and doubles. Bran new the place is getting really nice. My mom and two brothers live there and all three like it.
