Do NOT go to this group for your routine eye exam. My daughter just had a routine eye exam in Cincinnati location and they sent her a statement of $720. What a rip off? I had to call them and argue about the way they bill. The guy at the billing office couldn’t provide a good reason except this is a new patient visit. I have been wearing contact lenses since my teen and had never ever been charged this much including contact lens fitting. And my daughter didn’t even get a contact lens exam and fitting Bc they don’t even sell contact lenses but they told her they do. How pathetic and greedy!

The eye doctor that saw me lied to me and claimed that they had ordered an MRI that was reccomended to me and they did not. I ended up having to pay another location for a scan to see if an MRI was the scan that I should receive instead of getting the MRI that was already recommended to me by this office. The entire purpose that I went there was for nothing and they still want me to pay them when they essentially did nothing. Would not recommend this "practice" to anyone unless you want a waste of time and money.
