They offer no guarantees. For the price they ask you can get the same thing at H&R block, for less $ and with a guarantee. They prepared my taxes and forgot a portion resulting in a bill from the IRS of $500. They politely told me 'oh well'. Served 10 years in the military, used CPA's from around the country and have never received so little for so much $$$.
