A cozy little spot tucked away in the basement of a hotel you probably never heard about. Good food and super neat surroundings. Plus all the bourbon you could ever want.

One of the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. I liked the flatbread and the short rib rigatoni was tasty. Didn’t love the sliders, bit too sweet. I loved the fries w the sliders, my husband didn’t care for them.

Nice atmosphere and very good food for a hotel restaurant. The menu was not too large but I had the fish and it was delicious. Smaller portion but very flavorful, would recommend. Also had the bread pudding for dessert and that was phenomenal.

I reached out to probably 10 different spots before booking a 40th Birthday dinner with Wild Swan. Lance, the GM, was incredibly accommodating. Lance took the time to email or call me with multiple options, there wasn't a ridiculous fee to rent about 1/2 the restaurant and he completely customized the menu for my husband - a former Chef. Lance and his staff were gracious and kind, blocking off and setting up a beautiful spread for us. The service was on point with 2 lovely ladies quickly getting drinks and refilling waters. The space looks just like the pictures online and was stunning. We had a total of 17 people and the space worked out just perfectly. I only regret not taking more pics to show how lovely everything was. Many thanks to Lance and his team. Your service and hospitality were just incredible and we sincerely appreciated it.

This quiet, relaxed bar and restaurant is a great place for conversation and good food. The atmosphere is all about comfort and style, with plenty of nooks and quiet spots away from other guests. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We'll be back the next time we're in town.

What an absolute little gem this was! The bar/restaurant is located in the basement of the Grady, and such a cool experience.

Our server/manager Jeremy was an absolute all-star! Even though it was pretty busy there, he found us two tables, and took great care of us!

The flat bread and the chicken sliders were very good, and the drinks excellent! This place is awesome and Jeremy made it an even better experience for us!

I've been coming to the Wild Swann for a while now and I've never been disappointed. The food is fantastic, the cocktails are top notch. it's absolutely one of the best craft cocktail bars in Louisville. The friendly staff always welcomes me and remembers what I like to drink. Lance is their MVP. He always makes me feel important which is why I keep going back and why I bring my guests there.

What a luscious hidden gem! It's a touch hard to find but worth the hunt. It's like geocaching for bourbon! Absolutely delicious chocolate torte and nice bourbon selection with epic staff! I wish I could remember our server and bartender's names but they were amazing and helped make the experience wonderful. Knowledgeable, entertaining and expedient. The ambiance in their little plush nooks is worth the stop. Highly recommend and we will return!

This place is fantastic! Maxmillan (our server) and Megan (the GM) are the best and truly make your experience here feel like coming home. The food was outstanding and not at all what you'd expect from a standard "hotel restaurant). You NEED to try the braised short rib rigatoni! When I come back to Louisville, I'm definitely coming back here.

Hidden little Gem!
The chicken sandwich was probably the best I've had in years! Chicken was so tender and juicy. I started with the curry soup and OMG it was amazing. The cocktails are incredible too!
Will come back the next time I'm in Louisville.

First time there with my Family where we just missed breakfast and had lunch instead.
Atmosphere was Very Nice, Food was Delicious, and Service was OUTSTANDING!!

Loved everything about this place except that that use Evan Williams BiB for their old fashioned. Burger was amazing and fries were too. Really good cheesecake too

Lunch was awesome! We tried the Caprese Flatbread and it didnt disappoint! Plus, the restaurant is beautiful and the service is stellar. My girlfriends and I came back in the evening for drinks and they nailed it. We tried the Swann Song cocktail and it was so delicious! Can't say enough good things about this gem!

Intimate and charming restaurant in the basement of the Grady Hotel. Small dining area fills up fast and the food is great!

For me, this is a hidden gem. Service was great, food was well prepared and pricing was very reasonable for the quality and environment; sort of a speakeasy vibe. I'll be back for sure.

Went back a couple days later for breakfast; just as good. I noted a couple patrons who appeared to be in a hurry and seemed frustrated. Remember, this is a restaurant not fast food. I come for a relaxing start to my morning and that's exactly what I got, both times.

Great breakfast and for a good price. The atmosphere in the restaurant is old school mixed with modern. Our server Mark was so welcoming and took time to talk with us about Louisville and some things to do. Best waiter we had during our whole Louisville trip.
