After a great conversation about what I needed, Sam helped me secure an affordable policy for not only my home, but my cars, too, as well as an umbrella policy. Sam is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and he's always there when I have a question. I highly recommend Sam Moore and Goosehead Insurance for whatever coverage you need.

I’ve received decent insurance and rates but the customer service is poor. I’m still awaiting a reply to a a question I’ve sent twice, via email, and it’s been weeks without a response. This is a frequent occurrence.

I have had a consistently difficult time getting policy information, questions answered, etc over the last (almost) three years. I began just handling everything with my insurance agency myself due to lack of communication from Sam and Goosehead Insurance.

I would give this company zero stars if it were an option. Their service is basically nonexistent and months after canceling policies, they still continue to charge me, forcing me to dispute charges and ultimately reporting fraud due to their lack of response. We cancelled our policy due to the poor service and complete disregard for the customer.
