This was one of the BEST car service experiences ever!! I was able to just drop in to get an estimate for a non- insurance repair. The estimate was completely fair, reasonable, and accurate. I was able to get my car in right away, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted...no surprise charges! The repair looks amazing!!...better than I could have hoped for. They did excellent quality work, and the color match is perfect! They even completed the job earlier than expected. I was also unexpectedly, but pleasantly surprised, that they took the extra time and effort to clean my car inside and out. Tire shine included! The staff at Fine Line in Lewis Center was easy to work with through the whole process and they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions/concerns regarding the repair I wanted on my car. I will strongly recommend the team at Fine Line Auto Body in Lewis Center for any auto body repair needs. I will definitely use their services again, if needed. Thank you all for making this a truly amazing experience for me.

I stupidly hit my side mirror getting out of my garage on a Wednesday and I was going out of town on a road trip 2 days later on a Friday. Fine line auto was able to get the part and get my car fixed before I left on the road trip. I’m so grateful for the rush. They did awesome work!! Thank you!!

Took my car into the shop Monday, got it back Friday. Nick was super nice and friendly and everyone cares about getting the job done right! I had heard this place is great and I can now see it’s the real deal. Was happy to see my car cleaned too!

I had a wonderful first time experience with Fine Line Auto Body - Lewis Center. From my initial call - their patience answering all my questions (never had to use an auto body shop before) to their friendliness and promptness picking up my car was fantastic. When I took it in for an estimate, they provided a written quote and offered to order parts and give me a call when they arrived at the shop. My damage was minor and they were able to make all the repairs in one day and at the price they quoted. I had a great experience!

My experience at Fine Line was one of the best that I have ever had. Their Mgr Nick and his staff were all so helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Came in from Chicago and forgot I needed a tail light changed so pulled in to see if they could help. I was in a rush and the gentlemen in the office jumped on it and got it done in a few min and I was on my way. He was just a super nice good guy trying to help out! Totally hooked me up. I am a full-time Realtor in Columbus area and it is important to show up to houses for showings with a vehicle that looks good. The paint on the front portion of the hood of my vehicle had been bubbling up from corrosion... Fine Line Auto Body in Lewis Center did a perfect job correcting the corrosion and repainting that area of the hood. Looks brand new again. Nick Verbitsky was and will be my "go-to" person for auto body work.

They were able to give me an estimate nearly immediately after the accident and worked with the insurance company to get my car in and a rental car shortly after that. I took my car to Fine Line after I side-swiped my own car pulling into the garage (not my finest moment lol), but they couldn't have made the process easier. Fine Line contacted the insurance company on my behalf - I never had to get involved beyond providing my account information. They also set me up with a rental car, which was another seamless process. The rental costs were covered by insurance and Enterprise brought the car to me. The body work was done beautifully - my car looks brand new! When you drive by, you can see the parking lot is consistently full of cars waiting for repairs, and I understand why. They do beautiful work, have great communication, and customer service is top notch.

I had a few dents in my car that, while not big, definitely bothered me. Nick, the manager, said that they would have no problem taking them out without needing to paint. I really doubted him. Four hours later, he called. The dents were gone. My car is black and they were previously noticeable. I am very pleased with the results and the cost.

Worked with Nick who was extremely helpful and informative! Was very impressed with him and the work. Fine line was able to work with my insurance company for me for the most part.
